Halco Inc. is a completely licensed and insured custom home builder and remodeler located in Brevard County, Florida. Value, Quality, and Integrity are the three pillars that guide us. The Halco team, under the leadership of founder James ""Jim"" Halas, is committed to a specific mission: We promise that the Halco name and the fine homes we create symbolize enduring quality and excellent workmanship. As a result, Halco has become one of the most reliable builders and remodelers of custom homes along Florida's Space Coast.

From Titusville to Cocoa, Rockledge to Viera and Suntree, as well as Melbourne to Palm Bay and Sebastian, we have proudly served the greater East Region of Central Florida for many years. We are active members of the Home Builders and Contractors of Brevard (HBCA) and the Melbourne Regional Chamber. Founder James Halas holds the position of Builder Director at the HBCA. Halco is a member of the Florida Home Builders Association, a trade organization that supports the constant advancement of home building practices, techniques, and building code standardization in Florida.
