Halco Inc. is a completely licensed and insured custom home builder and remodeler located in Brevard County, Florida. Our core values are Value, Quality, and Integrity. The Halco team, under the leadership of founder James ""Jim"" Halas, is committed to a specific mission: We promise that the Halco name and the fine homes we create symbolize enduring quality and excellent workmanship. As a result, Halco has become one of the most reliable builders and remodelers of custom homes along Florida's Space Coast.

For many years, we have been serving the greater East Region of Central Florida, including Titusville, Cocoa, Rockledge, Viera, Suntree, Melbourne, Palm Bay, and Sebastian. Halco is affiliated with the Home Builders and Contractors of Brevard (HBCA) and the Melbourne Regional Chamber. James Halas, our founder, serves as the Builder Director at the HBCA. We are also part of the Florida Home Builders Association, which advocates for the continuous improvement of home building techniques, practices, and the standardization of building codes in Florida.
