James Tripplet at Hail Naw Roofing is as good as it gets! James assisted me through the process of placing a warranty claim through the manufacturer for my defective shingles when other roofers (Southern Elite Contracting) told me it was not possible. Of course it is easier to go through insurance, but my insurance company was deadset on not processing a claim and threatened to cancel me after SEC opened it up and walked away. James showed up and told me that the manufacturer would process a claim and sure enough, he was right! James was a real blessing in my life as I was expecting to come out of pocket at full cost to replace my roof after SEC left me with an insurance mess. James had the roof replaced using a shingle of my choice and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. He followed up and was very thorough. I cannot reccommend him or his company enough!!!
