Took a half day off to wait for a scheduled repair--the time Hahn gave me. No one showed up, no one at the office will answer the phone. Water coming through a Hahn roof less than 3 years old.

We were thrilled with the metal roof put on our home by Hahn Roofing, the metal roof specialist for northern Arizona. A few years ago, Jeremy Hahn made an estimate for a new roof for our daughter's home in Flagstaff. He only did an estimate for a metal roof because of potential problems with snow and ice for asphalt shingles. It was unbelievable that he would forego a sure sale because of possible issues with a roof with asphalt shingles in Flagstaff.

A week ago, I visited the office of Hahn Roofing to inquire about contractors who could do a skylight for my daughter's Flagstaff home. I was aware that they didn't do asphalt shingles in Flagstaff, so I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they are now offering this option, thanks to a new underlayment that addresses previous issues with ice and snow.
Parents always want the best for their children. I told my daughter that Hahn Roofing was the only roofer I trusted to put a new roof on her home. If their bid was higher because of the new underlayment and other upgrades, we would make up the difference in price for her.

She will soon have a new roof from Hahn Roofing.

Oh my!! Where to start? Their service is in a class of its own. I can't stop staring at my beautiful home with this roof that just makes the place look like a million bucks! Call Josh Blazek y'all, I promise you will not be disappointed!! I wish I could score them much higher than a 5 but it won't let me. From beginning to end, I was informed of exactly what to expect and when. They followed through on every aspect in a timely manner- and I've made a bunch of new friends. The entire group from sales (you gotta check out the variety of colors to choose from- seriously, call Josh!) to the crew doing the labor- all went above and beyond! Thank you, thank you, thank you for making this process so pleasant!

At a time when everyone needed a new roof in our area due to Hurricane Ida, Hahn Roofing was able to repair then replace our roof with a new one designed to withstand up to 130mph winds. The employees were very efficient and professional. I highly recommend Hahn Roofing.
