Worst service possible! I wanted to return a can of black tar that was dried up when I opened it! I had to talk to the manager which at first had accused me of opening the can and letting the tar dry up in the can. He finally exchanged the can for me! The cashier disappeared and I was unable to order more supplies! With out a doubt the worst service ever!

First time having to repair our roof and we had absolutely no idea where to start. Thankfully, the people at H & H Roofing Supply were able to guide us through the process. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to assist us first time home owners!. The most helpful aspect was the variety of products available in their showroom. Being able to see our options in person really streamlined our decision making. The people at H & H Roofing also assisted us in calculating how much material was needed for our home, the different price points for specific shingles, and what our projected cost would be. Throughout the entire process I never felt pressured to purchase more than what we needed or the more expensive material. We were guided towards what was the best value for our budget. We are absolutely thrilled with our decision to go with H & H Roofing Supply.

We had some roof work done a week ago, paid the contractor in full for the work and materials--and today received certified mail with threats to put a lien on our property if the bill isn't paid. What kind of supplier does this before even a 30-day wait? If I EVER contract for roof work or supplies again, I will make sure that ""H & H Roofing"" is not involved.
