Jacksonville has been my home for as long as I can remember. My family's history in this area goes back to 1910. In 1976, I began my career in real estate as a residential salesperson. After about three years, I took a job as an account executive for a prominent clothing manufacturer. My role involved traveling across southeast Georgia and north Florida, visiting department stores, small businesses, and military installations. After a 25-year hiatus, I went back to real estate and secured my Broker's license. I established Hawarah Realty Company and started flipping homes before it gained popularity. I opened H & H Homes in 2000 and quickly obtained my General Contractor's license. I’ve developed custom homes in Queens Harbor, Palencia, and on properties owned by clients.
