All materials we use comply with current Florida regulations. Homeowners do not need to pay a deposit upfront. Payment is due after completion and successful inspection.

I am a lifelong resident of Jacksonville. My family has deep roots here, dating back to around 1910. I started in real estate as a residential salesman back in 1976. After three years, I transitioned to an account executive role with a major clothing manufacturer. I covered southeast Georgia and north Florida, engaging with department stores, specialty shops, and military outlets. I re-entered the real estate market after 25 years and earned my Broker's license. I founded Hawarah Realty Company and began flipping houses before it became a trend. I opened H & H Homes in 2000 and quickly obtained my General Contractor's license. I have constructed custom homes in Queens Harbor, Palencia, and on client-owned lots. I take a hands-on approach, visiting my job sites every day to guarantee smooth operations and client satisfaction. Feel free to give us a call.
