I am a lifelong resident of Jacksonville. We have been part of this community since approximately 1910. In 1976, I began my career in real estate as a residential salesperson. I spent three years before moving to an account executive position at a large clothing company. I covered southeast Georgia and north Florida, engaging with department stores, specialty shops, and military outlets. After 25 years, I returned to real estate and obtained my Broker's license. I established Hawarah Realty Company and started flipping homes before it gained popularity. In 2000, I started H & H Homes and soon earned my General Contractor's license. I’ve developed custom homes in Queens Harbor, Palencia, and on properties owned by clients. I take a hands-on approach, visiting my job sites every day to guarantee smooth operations and client satisfaction. Feel free to give us a call.
