My house has both a regular roof for its main house and a flat roof over an addition. Both had leaks causing water stains in the ceilings, and so I decided to get a quote on fixing them. The owner, Howard, came out and took at a look at my roof and was very patient and understanding in explaining options for my kind of roofs and which repairs should be prioritized versus which ones could wait a bit longer.

I ended up having to wait another year to do the repairs while saving up for them, during which time the flat roof went from water stains to full leaking and I had to get a new quote to fix it and repair the ceiling. Even though I hadn't been able to do the repairs the previous year, they were nice about coming out and taking a fresh look and updating the quote.

In the case of the flat roof, the whole roof was replaced as it was badly done to begin with. I love that they took into account that it was an addition on to the main house with a different foundation and used a roofing material that could flex better so it wouldn't need constantly repairs.

The crew was friendly and great about protecting my old house's wood floors, and I never felt uncomfortable with them in the house when I was home alone during the ceiling repairs. They were also super nice and exterminated and disposed of a rat that had made its home in my ceiling while doing those repairs!

The new roof works awesomely and looks great and I felt the costs were quite reasonable for the amount of work done. The ceiling repairs were done so well you cannot tell where the old and new meet without really staring at it up close.

I look forward to working with them in the future to repair the main roof and hopefully one day some remodeling too. :-)
