Guy roofing installed roof on my house 5 years ago (2017) Just had a small leak coming from around one of the pipes over one of our bathrooms. Called Guy roofing said they would send
Someone out at no charge. Well the young man showed up the next day. Said he wasn't here to fix my problem but to inspect my entire roof ??? One hour later I was told $3200 dollars to fix all that wad wrong with my roof ??? My roof is 5 years old either they did a bad job installing my roof or use a cheap product. All I wanted was my leak fix.!!!!! They should stand behind their product and work. What about a warranty ???

The price was right. However the crew did a terrible job cleaning up after themselves. I had them out twice, once to clean tar off my brick, the other time to pick up nails (after I stepped on it!) and tar paper left in the trees and window ledges. When they swept up they took about 1/3 of my freshly spread mulch with them. I complained to the office a couple of times. Each time the came out, they arrived with a crew that couldn't speak english. I know that sounds like a cliche but really I could not communicate with them. I would not recommend Guy Roofing.
