We choose to use GutterHawk because they are a locally family owned business and their prices are very competitive . We checked the reviews and our experience didn't disappoint. I would highly recommend their services. We were contacted in less than 24 hours and had an estimate for the new roof. Then in less than 2 weeks they were on sight to install the roof. Even with the rainy weather they showed up everyday on time and worked until they couldn't. They started on Monday and finished on Wednesday with 2 days of rain. Their clean up was exceptional like if it was their own home. If I could I would rate this business a 10. Amanda was also very helpful and promptly returned our calls and answered emails. Great experience overall!

I was impressed with Gutterhawk from start to finish. I got 4 quotes and they were definitely the most consistent with communication on all of my questions. Most of the companies seemed fairly priced but Gutterhawk was one of the most competitive and sent a quote for exactly what I asked for. They were also very clear about what ""extras"" they offered like warranties, gutters, upgraded shingles, etc and it didn't feel pushy.

The shingle color came out exactly how I wanted and the work took 2 days as quoted. One big thing I saw a lot when researching was whether the workers cleaned up after. This crew laid tarps around my house while removing the old shingles and I think they ran a magnet roller around it twice when they finished, plus the dumpster was picked up the same evening.

One ""above and beyond"" thing that was mentioned as a selling point is going slightly over the edge of the roof with shingles (rather than fitting them exactly to the edge). It was pointed out that my old shingles had shrunk slightly and no longer covered the very edge of the roof, so it was nice to see that they followed through on that promise.

Gutter Hawk installed gutters on the front of my home. The downspout initially directed water toward my neighbor's yard. However, after speaking with Gutter Hawk staff, they returned and changed the downspout to the appropriate one for my draining system. They were very friendly, called before arrival, and completed the work quickly.

1.Gutter Hawk installed undersized gutters which overflowed onto my deck (AND MY HEAD) just as it did before gutters were installed.
2. Undersized downspout directed water onto my brick walkway, leaving water, soil, and sand on the path.
3. After rearranging my schedule and staying home, the repair crew Stood me up TWICE.
4. After talking with friends, I learned that Gutter Hawk is known for poor service and high prices.
5. The one bright spot is an employee of Gutter Hawk: Jason B. He arrived on time on his white horse, replaced the too small gutters with larger ones, enlarged the spout and reoriented it UNDER the brick pathway so that water drains into a flower bed.
6. I recommend Gutter Hawk give Trouble Shooter Jason a big raise.
