He came by to check out the new gutter additions and minor fixes, gave me a great quote, and set a time to get the job completed. They were super fast and provided very high quality work. I contacted several gutter repair and gutter cleaning companies and Lionel was the first to respond. When he showed up he fixed my broken gutter very quickly and with ease. Since it was a small but difficult fix he agreed to do the job for free. He is a hard worker and had a great attitude. Many people I called did not want to show up to do the work until the roof was totally dry but he was not concerned about it and did the repair right away. I recommend him and would hire him again. He also wraps fascia boards and gave me a referral for a carpenter he knows. Thank you Lionel!

They gave me a quote which was actually an ok price, then set a date for the gutter cleaning. But getting a specific time for the cleaning was like pulling teeth - I had to reach out 3x's before I finally got a response of 'around 1:30'. The day of, no one showed so I finally called around 3:30 to find out if anyone was coming and got a vm. Left a message then sent a text. The response was an apology and request to reschedule because of the rain. Any professional establishment would've contacted me ahead of time with a need to reschedule. I should've known from our prior exchanges that these guys are unreliable, and definitely unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and go with another service. I will.
