Lionel was incredibly quick to get back to me with getting an appointment time set up for him to come out and take a look at our gutters. He was actually a few minutes early than our time scheduled which is so nice to have somebody on time. Although, he was unable to help me with my situation he did tell me exactly what I needed to do, and who to contact in order to get my situation resolved. Lionel is one of the worst people I have ever met. He did a crappy job. Obviously has no idea what he's doing and is a crook. Absolute liar and wouldn't even respond because he knows he screwed up. I would NOT USE this clown for anything. Uses nails that are too short for his gutters and will eventually fall apart.

We were very happy with Gutter Flow. Lionel is such a sweet, good-hearted person and really knows his business when it comes to gutters. We had a couple of tricky areas that needed someone who could think outside the box. Our house design is a little funky and since we recently had foundation issues, we needed the water to go very specifically to certain areas in order to avoid future problems. The other companies that came out didn't come up with the needed solutions - but Lionel did. He even came out a second time to nail down the plan to make sure it was going to work and to ease our minds. His pricing was very fair and we thought he did a great job. The house looks beautiful and the gutter color matches flawlessly. Thank you, Lionel!

Lionel did great work installing gutters on a small garage. I got a quick quote after giving some details and photos and put me on the schedule when I was ready to install.

Install went well; old gutter removed and disposed, new gutters installed within a few hours. The new ones looked great, very clean look, much better than my old one. Drainage during a storm was very good, but needed a small adjustment afterwards. It took a couple weeks for him to get around to it but he did fix it in a few minutes and now it's perfect.

I would recommend considering Gutter Flow for your project. I will be contacting him for a future gutter project when it's time to tackle it. His prices seemed fair, and while I could have done DIY on this small project, it would have taken me forever and not look nearly as good as Lionel's work. He really knows gutters and is a true professional who takes pride in his work. I am really glad I got the new gutters installed and wish I did it last year.
