Not exactly sure what went wrong, but it turned out to be UNRELIABLE. Mr. Guiterrez (Adam) was very nice and provided an estimate for repairs, drafted a contract. We never heard from him again. He didn't respond to phone calls or emails, thus the contract is null and void. We wish him well and hope he is okay.

Called Adam about a roof leak. He called me back stating he would try and get out to the property by the end of the week. I texted him all the tenant's info and told the tenant he would be calling. I tried calling and texting him a few days later to check on the status and the dude totally ghosted me. A quick text from him stating ""I cant make it. I'm slammed."" would have been nice. I could have then called somebody else rather to wait to hear from you. I cant imagine what kind of follow through there would be after work was done and there was an issue. Its too bad. I need a good reliable roofer in Ventura county.

I called for an estimate on and Adam came right out. Was told I would be called with the estimate later that day or the next. NEVER received a call back. Very poor customer service. Won't be doing business with them

We received excellent service and care from this roofing company. Adam was onsite with his crew and present for the consultation. They stuck to the schedule and were very clean each day. The entire process was hassle free. Pricing was competitive and the warranty was top notch. Very professional and we highly recommend this company.

Overall the quality of the roof installation was good, but their crew damaged some metal flashing which Adam promised to repair. It took some time to get done, but the final work was completed satisfactorily. All in all a very good value over the other roofers/estimate I received.

I had a home that I was in charge of and needed to get a new roof put on. Adam and his team did a fine job of stripping away the old roof. The new roof was great, but when the owner of the property I manage saw some nuances he did not like, I had to call Adam to get them corrected. (I felt like I was stuck in the middle because personally, I thought the nuances were petty). Anyways Adam and team cam back, made the alteration that I needed to make the home owner happy, and Adam did not blink twice at my request. FYI, we had a very complicated flat roof/ shingle roof combo. Also, Adam's proposal was the lowest I found after calling a few roofers, and his final price was the exact same price that he quoted. I waited a year to post, because I wanted to see how the roof held up. Well, we just had three days of brutal rain, and I can say that the roof drains perfectly, and obviously no leaks.
