Have had a leak since last winter, spoke to Julio several times but he never came by and stopped taking my calls. I have a warranty on his estimate so now having to investigate small claims court or hire a lawyer .. leak is small so repairs not too bad but i can't find another roofer who will work on another contractors mistakes, too big of a liability. Leaning on Julio again who answered my call yesterday only bc he forgot who i was! Do not reccommend.

Julio replaced our roof eight years ago, and it's been perfect ever since. During recent storms, another building on our property developed a leak, and in spite of his workload, Julio came out within a few days to assess our problem. He proposed a sound solution that will cure the leak in a way that will last for decades. He is the best -- I could not recommend him more highly.

We had a leak in our home after a rainstorm and assumed it was from a corner of the roof. I contacted Guitterez because they had installed it about 10 years ago. Julio came out right away and scheduled a repair. However, after further inspection, and with his patient help and guidance, we found the source to be a damaged pipe.
During this process, an insurance adjuster and contractor inspected the roof and said it was in good shape and the roofing company had done a good job. It was only a possibility it could have been leaking from one corner. Julio is still coming out to seal that area, just to be safe.

Julio gave me the best quote for the type of flat roof membrane I requested. He was the only contractor that gave me an on-site estimate!

His crew started a day early because they completed a prior job ahead of schedule.

The crew arrived around noon Monday and wrapped up Tuesday afternoon. His crew is very respectful of your property. They removed debris
ASAP and leave your property cleaner than they found it! They were punctual and maintained a safe workspace.

I would definitely hire Gutierrez Roofing again...
