We had a leak in our home after a rainstorm and assumed it was from a corner of the roof. I contacted Guitterez because they had installed it about 10 years ago. Julio came out right away and scheduled a repair. However, after further inspection, and with his patient help and guidance, we found the source to be a damaged pipe.
During this process, an insurance adjuster and contractor inspected the roof and said it was in good shape and the roofing company had done a good job. It was only a possibility it could have been leaking from one corner. Julio is still coming out to seal that area, just to be safe.

Julio gave me the best quote for the type of flat roof membrane I requested. He was the only contractor that gave me an on-site estimate!

His crew started a day early because they completed a prior job ahead of schedule.

The crew arrived around noon Monday and wrapped up Tuesday afternoon. His crew is very respectful of your property. They removed debris
ASAP and leave your property cleaner than they found it! They were punctual and maintained a safe workspace.

I would definitely hire Gutierrez Roofing again...

We had a T&G roof that needed replacing and we wanted to replace it with a membrane roof. When I began my search, Julio was recommended by another roofer for this type of roof. Julio bid a 3 layer roof at a fair price with excellent execution by a thoughtful team who worked very clean and diligently on the job. Called them out to get a bid for repairs, and they were initially very prompt and responsive. After showing up, I was told that I would receive an estimate in a couple days- that was over 2 weeks ago. I've tried contacting them several times now to get the estimate, and they don't respond. If they're too busy to take on a repair project (just assuming that's the reason for being unresponsive), then they should just say so instead of ghosting me. Ultimately, I wouldn't want to do business with a company who handles things in this manner.

They did great work and where fast and reliable. We got a standing seam metal roof for how long they last but also the fire safety. They ended up costing exactly what they estimated. They where able to put the new roof up very quickly, only a month from when we first spoke to them and got the estimate. It took a few days longer than they expected due to needing to get more materials but this was totally fine and worth It for the job they did. They where able to put in the sky light I have wanted. They where one of the nicest companies I have had the pleasure of working with. I won't be needing a new roof anytime soon but if I move or somehow that changes I will go to them again and I have already recommended them to a good friend.

Julio Gutierrez and his team are just the best folks to work with! On time, responsive, professional and so conscientious! His team worked very hard to remove and replace our roof in 3 days to avoid the oncoming rain. His guys cleaned up every night when they finished their work and were very considerate during the process. There are great advancements in roofing materials and things like the self-healing membrane installed under our new roof to protect against any penetration in the installation of solar panels. Julio is up on all the latest including fire resistance and just a pleasure to work with. Great experience!

Julio was extremely reliable, showed up whenever he said he would, on time and always followed through on anything he promised or represented. He has the nicest, most impressive crew that works incredibly quickly and efficiently as a well oiled team. His main assistant is equally impressive and oversees the team whenever Julio is not present. They are very clean and considerate and all debris is picked up. I think almost all of us expect to have to ""manage"" a big project like replacing a roof after 35 years, but actually, there was nothing I needed to manage.
