Companies like this bring shame to the entire roofing industry. I have lived in Delray my entire life and very familiar Gulfstream Roofing through friends and family that utilized their services. My entire experience with them thus far has been a disaster. From the moment they get paid their responsiveness, professionalism, and overall moral values go down the drain. After constant delays and ignored phone calls they eventually installed my new roof in early February. The quality of their work was poor and they didn't bother to do a proper clean up after their work was complete which resulted in a puncture wound to my right foot. They used their long time presence in Delray to betray the trust of our community. Do your self a favor and avoid this company at all cost.

What a horrible experience. They came out to replace the skylights per my community association. While on my roof, they were walking around so hard that my light fixture attached to the ceiling fan fell off and broke, while my dogs were home alone, leaving glass everywhere. I was told to give the make/model number to the owner but he changed his mind about replacing it. Leaving me with the mess and the bill. Not a good company to do business with. Jerks!

Had a leak and was referred by a neighbor and was told to ask for Manny he came and was very polite clean and professional applied booties just before walking in my home he made sure I was happy with the work and did a water test while I was present would use again if need be

Put a new roof on my home in 1999. No new flashing was placed around chimney nor any of other pipes or turbines. Had 2 leaks prior to the installation which still leaked after roof replacement. Also had a new leak around turbine which stained ceiling. They sent someone out to fix that leak and did a horrible job replacing tiles. They did fix that after letting the employee go. They sent guys out to patch leaks around chimney and a spout a few times. Would stop leaking for few months and start again. Had to hire another roofer to fix the leaks.
