If it were possible to give negative stars I would. They talk big game, but only follow through when you call them repeatedly, and mostly not even then. I hear ""I'm working on your file now,"" but never see progress. I can't even list all their wrongdoings or this would be a novel.

They've had my claim for over 6 months, and I'm no closer to having work done or the claim closed. They have delayed and dropped the ball so many times and then turn around and blame my insurance for their mistakes. I regret using them.

They have also offered me discounts for positive reviews. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!

They were at our house literally the next day after I got in contact with someone who works for them, and this is after 6 weeks of ATTEMPTING local Pensacola companies to even show up. Matt Fricke and company were a joy, and the roof looks AMAZING! They were efficient, professional, and even went out of their way to accommodate us with emergency help, as our house sustained MASSIVE damage after Hurricane Sally.

Give them a call for your contractor and/or roofing services, you won't be disappointed.


Edit to original post: It's now January and there has been attempts to screw us out of the completion of the interior work. I had to go straight to the top and I'm hoping it can be resolved. Part of them ""finishing the work to the interior"" involved an exchange for ""positive FB, Yelp, and Google reviews."" I have texts to prove it, in case anybody wants to call me out for doing this.
