BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Stay away from Gulf Coast Soft Wash Mike Ferris, came recommended to me by a neighbor for pressure washing and sealing my paver driveway and sidewalk. He came on time as promised, ( good start ) I was very impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail. Before the job, he took time with me to talk about the process. I felt very comfortable hiring him. He gave an option of the sealant finish, I chose the wet look.
He finished the job within a few hours. He said no driving on it for 3 days, we complied. After it dried, I immediately noticed that there were areas that either seemed milky or the sealant did not adhere to the pavers ( see pics) . I called him and left detailed message, no response, I called again..... no response, I sent a text no response , I sent email no response. I had found out later that there was at least 3 others in my community that used Mike as well, they were having the same exact problem. I as well as the others have reported him to BBB, he never responded to BBB to defend his actions.
I wish I knew all of this before I hired him. I just want it fixed!
So please learn from my mistake. Btw, if he had returned my calls etc, This would have been a great review of his business......Thanks y'all! And Happy Thanksgiving

Do not hire Mike Ferris, Jr to perform any type of work for you! He is does not make restitution when he does a bad job! He is extremely hot headed! He will curse you out in a split second. Very dishonest! Beware!
