I entered the roofing industry as a young boy alongside my father. We were not well-off, and each penny was important to put food on the table.

I mastered the art of roof installation until I reached my 20s. I ventured into retail management briefly, but Hurricane Katrina changed everything. I learned the key aspects of insurance work and have since broadened my expertise by concentrating on insurance claims.
