We hired Lee Guido to replace our roof and gutters and it was the best decision we have made in a long time. He arrived at the initial meeting on time and clearly explained what he thought needed to be done. The bid he submitted was the most complete I've ever seen. It included his license, insurance and an itemized list of the deliverables and the fact that he was providing a portable toilet for his crew. He gave us a start date and a four man crew arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. The crew was professional, friendly and very hard working. They kept the site clean throughout the day and did not leave until all of the debris was collected and the driveway was swept. Lee stayed in constant contact giving updates, and when we needed to contact him he responded very quickly. The finished roof exceeded all of our expectations. Consequently, I can recommend Guido Roofing with out reservation.

Did a great job on replacing my roof, from the initial inspection, to choosing the tile, to final installation. Very prompt and kept commitments, arrived after I left for work and left before I got home - site was cleaned up each day. Pulled all permits and made suggestions for air vent placements to provide best look while maintaining functionality. Price was very competitive with other quotes. He also had a porta potty on site so workers did not need to enter the home. No surprises, and accommodated any changes I requested prior to completion. I would definitely use Guido roofing again.

As an industry professional who frequently needs a roof inspection or estimate, I have been very pleased with the responsivness of Guido Roofing. Several times I have needed a quote or inspection with very short notice, and despite being booked weeks out with work, they were able to squeeze me in! It would not be fair for me to expect that kind of rearranging of their schedule to accommodate my urgent needs, but they have done it enough for me to want to write about it and recommend them.

I first became aquainted with lee of Guido roofing on a rare raining day about a year ago.
He was a recommendation from a trusted contractor, Ron Phillips of Phillips Construction, who had done a very professional job on my house.
He arrived quickly, did a quick assessment and repair of the leak. During his visit, I was impressed by his attention to detail, fair price and personable interaction.
Near the end of last year I contacted Lee again and received his bid for a new roof than included some tile replacement, it turned out I was not the only one who had read about the storm track expected for 2015..
At the time we spoke Lee was already booked until Febuary but explaned if we reserved an appointment and had any problems before that he would come imeditaly and patch any issues.
I toook Lee at his word and placed a deposit for the job.
Lee was a man of his word, in total I had to call 2 more times and he arrive quickly and, in the pouring rain, stemmed the tide.
His team arrived and compleated the new roof in 3 days. His is a faimly operation and the fellows that did the work were curtious, professional and very hard workers. They made drainage adjustments, all needed repairs and surfacing. My neighboors even stopped by to tell me they were inpressed by them and thier results.
In total Lee had saved me 3 times in the pouring rain and has left me with a beautiful and well sealed roof that has stood up weel to our March storms.
In short, Lee was a man of his word and delivered even more than promissed.
A pleasure to deal with and strongly recommended.
