Silverio Guevarra did a great job on my roof replacement. I have a six unit apartment and badly needed a roof replacement. I had 5 quotes from different roofers. Silverio's quote was second to the lowest but I feel comfortable with him because he brought his quotation in person and explain the details to me. He gave me 9 year warranty- labor and material and 30 years manufacturer's warranty. He and his team finished the job on time and in a professional manner. He was easy to work with because of his pleasing personality. We need more roofers like Silverio.

I highly recommend Guevara's Roofing. Guevara and his team did a fantastic job with installing Presidential Shingles on the roofs of my 4 duplexes in Tulare, California. The scope of work included: 1. tare off of the existing wood shake roof. 2. replacing the old roof deck with energy efficient radiant barrier plywood and base sheeting. 3. Installing Presidential shingles to the manufacturer's specifications to ensure a full manufactures warranty. 4. Lastly, installed all new fascia board. The crew maintained a clean work site and was easy to communicate with to discuss any issues or concerns. The owner, Silverio Guevara, was always helpful explaining the roofing process, selection of materials and product color through the samples he provided. Their quality workmanship is evident in the look of the finished product.

If you are looking to get a new roof, this is the roof company to go to. Guevara's Roofing company doesn't waste your time! When I had questions or concerns, there was always someone quick to call me back...every time. When they came out to make arrangements to talk about my new roof, they were friendly and very professional. I had several quotes but I believe this company gave me a fair quote and really stood out.
They took the extra step. It had rained unexpectedly on the 2nd day. I was so upset but little did I know that these guys had already prepared my roof for unexpected weather! These guys are hard hard workers and they have a system that gets the job done right. They started early and cleaned up around my yard at the end of each day.
