We recently discovered rot issues with our roof. We had three contractors come out to bid on the repair job. Carlos at Guardian Roofing guaranteed that they would beat all bids, which they did. We signed a contract last Wednesday and our roof was completed the following Monday. David and Armando and their crew at Guardian did a great job cleaning up every evening and addressed any concerns we had. Over all this was an excellent experience with professional service. I will recommend Guardian to any of my friends. Way to go Carlos, you are a man of your word.

Sorry to say my experience was not good. The actually work looked terrible compared to some
Of my neighbors roofing jobs ! I had to do some sealing and painting after they finished I even approached Dan my salesman but he just smiled took my money and walked away. I don't have record of a permit or the proper inspections that were suppose to be made. I don't even think they got the final inspection and I have no record of such. It's too bad because they were not even considered for a bid on two of my neighbors that have since re roofed with other companies! no response from anyone. Wow and nompermits ? I wonder if the California state license board would be interested

Great people, amazing customer service, and excellent products that are priced exactly what their worth. I will recommend them to family and friends that are in the area. Ask about their free 3D model service that allows you to show what shingle you're getting on your house. You'll know what you're buying before you sign the contract. 5 star company with 5 star people.

I would never trust this company. I had to practically chase down one employee of theirs to get him to come look at my roof. He didn't want to come by, he only wanted to use satellite photos to determine what I needed. He then made plans to come by on a Friday, but didn't show. Foolishly, I called him back two weeks later, and again, I had to pin him down for him to come by. He did, never inspecting my roof, giving me a verbal figure and clearly tried to get me to replace the entire roof. He left promising an estimate by email. The quote never came!

I gave up and called another roofer to give me an estimate, and didn't realize he worked for the same company until he arrived! He also refused to inspect the roof, and gave me a verbal estimate that was much different and higher than the other person. I called the office to speak to the owner ... and he never called back. Do Not Trust This Company.

I requested a roof repair estimate to get a second opinion from a termite inspection suggesting pricy eaves repair and it came quick and honest even if I was not there in person and they were able to communicate well via phone/txt.

Nick said it would not be well spent to go with eaves repair since it was mostly cosmetic and not front facing and that the money can be saved when the entire roof needs to be replaced/repaired.

To get an honest appraisal while I am at work is really refreshing when so many businesses out there make it always seem like the sky is falling.

Now I know who to go to when I do need to get roof work done.

We had some minor damage to our roof (a large hole in the shake shingle, possibly caused by animals) and contacted Guardian for help before expected rain started. They were available and helpful by phone, scheduled an appointment for the next day, their tech showed up on time and was friendly and professional and he made the repair immediately. We will definitely consider this company for replacement of the entire roof based on this fantastic service.

Guardian Roofs did a professional job. They replaced most of the roof in 2011 and has held up well. They did the rest of our roof this month and no problems even with the heavy rain.
