We talked to several companies and got quotes from them all. Guardian Roofing did SO much due diligence - spent more time (and even tested our roof pad for asbestos on their own dime due to the year of our old roof) than anyone else and were much more knowledgeable. Also very competitive pricing and VERY honest! They got the roof finished more quickly than we had even hoped for. Everything was coordinated to the minute. I never realized what would go in to this process YIKES! Geez for the tear off of the old roof I think they had 8 to 10 guys here. Doug is the first one you want to talk to!!! He is just incredible - he's the one that did so many hours of upfront work (not knowing if we were going with them). He was also so patient with showing us tons of samples! He truly wanted us to make certain we would like our roof. The installation crew was incredible. And our roof looks amazing! We are so pleased!

We have concrete (thin) roofing tiles that the termite company and painting crews must have danced on to break 75 or more. So after talking with various roofing companies we chose Guardian Roofs to come out and replace all the damaged tiles. We were very pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism and the actual work itself. I especially appreciate their flexibility as the project scope changed as we kept finding more broken tiles (which resulted in more work/cost). We also had to push the start date back several times and they were quite accomodating w/ no pressure. Very pleased with this company in light of the many others we talked/met with who were far less professional. Two thumbs up and our house looks great again!

Guardian Roofs, thanks for laughing in my face with a minor issue you caused. Several months ago our new roof was installed. Just noticed our telephone line is hitting our aluminum patio roof when a bird landed on it. I asked if Guardian could come out and pull the line tighter. Their response was for ME to call the phone company because all of their personnel are busy! I asked if they could call the phone company as they are the ones that caused the issue. Her response with laughter was NO. Thanks for the great customer support Guardian Roofs!

Professional advice and explanation of the best way to reseal my failing parapets. Pricing was fair and the workers stayed on the job until it was done, even into Saturday and Sunday. Even though they encountered additional work they didn't raise the price! I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend Guardian Roofs.

Guardian roofing did my roof, Carlos and Steve! I can't say how superior their service is! I am more than pleased with my roof, the integrity and honesty are a cut above! With all the problems my roof had they took it in stride and reassured me all the way. They were on time, worked through the cold winds we had on the final days of our job, Steve and his crew really took pride in their work and it shows on my roof! We signed a contract with Guardian Roofs on 9/11/2017 to do a re-roof for $22,000 . Dave Todd was the Project Manager assigned to me.
Dave told me that I would have to wait 3 moths until they could start the job. I agreed to wait 3 months as I estimated that it would take me to December before the rainy season. I called Dave on 12/11/2017 and he said he was driving and could not hear me well. He said he would call me back shortly which he did. I asked Dave if we could set up a date as I had to arrange to disconnect the air conditioners prior to the re-roofing. Dave said that I screamed at him and he said, ""that is it"", I will not do your job. I may have raised my voice as there was a bad connection, but it was not out of ill temper or disrespect that I had to raise my voice, simply a bad connection.
I immediately called the office and I spoke to the manager. I explained what transpired and asked her to have the owner call me back. She said that Dave Todd, project manager was ""like the owner"" but she would get back to me. I am still waiting.
Please consider what happened to me before hiring Guardian Roofing.

They did a great job. Started on time, finished on time, came in under the estimate. Left the area clean around my home, provided me a beautiful new roof with a great warranty. I would use them again.
