Guardian roofing had a quick response via Yelp and that is it. They scheduled to come out in the morning between 10:30-11 and never showed. I called the office 3 times and left a voicemail only to hear back at 11:30 that there was a miscommunication and they weren't coming. So the secretary said they would definitely make it out the next day and would call me to let me know when ASAP. The next day, a Friday, they were supposed to come between 3:30-4:30. At 3:09 the office staff called and said the estimator was 45 minutes away and would call when he was closer. At 4:50 I called and left a message because no one had arrived. Office closes at 5. And I still haven't heard back. If you have oodles of time to waste and aren't expecting anyone to come ever, this is probably the right company for you.

Got an estimate for roof repair, and scheduled appoint for the next week, to have the repair done No show, no phone calls. Got a call a few days later, with excuses as why they didn't show up. Made another appointment for today, no show, no phone call.
