I had gotten several bids to replace my roof before calling John at Guardian Roofing. After reviewing them all, and comparing the specs, and warranties it was clear that Guardian Roofing was the best choice for me and my budget. John was able to schedule my job the following week, when others wouldnt be able to get it done for a month or more. His guys, Hector and Christian showed up promptly at 7am each day ready to work, and had the old roof torn off by the end of the first day. John was also on the job with his guys, and discovered some rotten wood that needed replacing. While, other companys had tacked on an extra $1,000.00 or more, into their bid to repair any hidden damage, John replaced all the bad plywood the next day for, $125.00! I had a few concerns and questions that were quickly addressed, and put me at ease that everything would be handled properly by these pros. The repairs were fixed and the new roof was nearly finished on the second day. They finished the job by 11 am the 3rd day, including the VERY through and meticulous clean up of all the leftover debris and stray nails. The beautiful new gutters and downspouts were installed as icing on the cake, and when the time came to settle up the final bill, I was blown away that the whole project was finished for LESS than original bid!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND GUARDIAN ROOFING!!!! SO proud of the job they did!!! THANK YOU JOHN and crew!!!!!

I needed a roof during Pandemic and a rainy December, leak into my bathroom Frustration!

I did a Yelp search, an Angi search, and a Tradesman search on a were the best ever service site. I contacted everyone and heard back from Yelp businesses, Guardian - John, Crandall - Scott & Christine. And 2 more.

1 of others gave me a bid of 10k but had no license and wanted half up front. I don't even remember other one but it was double the 2 best aforementioned companies. I ended up with John D with Guardian.

Professional, friendly, responsible, and ultimately did a fantastic job. I'm thrilled with the job he and his crew did, I ended up getting seamless gutters for a modest price also, best decision I've made regarding the house!

We had our roof replaced by Guardian last Fall. Everything was excellent, from the quote to the new roof. One day to complete our roof, and the next morning installed new gutters and downspouts. Highly recommend!
