Well, the work that was done was decent. They did the work according to the estimate. We had some shingles and vents replaced, as well as flashing installed, and larger trees trimmed back from the roof. Communication was a major sticking point with this company, as it was difficult to receive information, be notified of arrival to conduct work, laborers barely acknowledged me, left without consulting me about the job, left without finishing 100% so they had to return another day, and my husband had to complain after three weeks of the contractor trying to hunt down matching shingles. Sample shingles were literally left on the front walkway, unbeknownst to us, as the car port favors the back entrance, and we were not called. Also, no permit was ever issued for the work. Have yet to receive an invoice or bill, after initially requesting the work to be done over 5 weeks ago, and took them a month just to begin. Will seriously consider using an alternative company in the future.
