In light of some insistence, I've been asked to change my one-star review with a promise that they would not call again. The owner kept his promise, and that this why I upgraded my review.

I hope he trained his marketing staff not to harass and not be extremely aggressive with potential clients, especially when a potential customer repeatedly requests to be taken off the call list and blocks the phone numbers from the company, over and over. It was harassment, but I appreciate the owner/manager dealing directly with me about it.

I hired Guardian Impact Windows & Roofing in April 2024 for a window and door installation. Almost a year later, the work is still not finished--and the permit (BPQ-2024-01147) expired back in November. That alone should tell you something.

Despite constant follow-ups and even sending a formal legal notice (Chapter 558 Notice of Claim) in February 2025, Guardian stopped all work and has gone silent. My communication has been clear: What needs to be done to close this out? No response. It is now April 14th 2025.

There were issues from the start--wrong door delivered, missing window screens, and multiple quality problems confirmed by the manufacturer (Custom Window Systems) and Guardian during an inspection in September 2024. Guardian said they'd order the right parts and fix things. Nothing ever happened.

All I've wanted is to get the job done so it can pass inspection. Instead, I'm stuck with unfinished work, an expired permit, and delays in selling my home. Avoid this contractor.

Andrew was fantastic, knowledgeable and very
patient when it came to our many questions
about the installation of our new windows.
His crew was extremely competent and did not ""rush"" the install...they took the right amount of time and the windows look great as a result.
I would highly recommend Guardian Impact Windows & Roofing for any window centric job as they exceeded my expectations in every way.

Guardian impact windows and roofing did a great job relaxing the windows on my moms home. All new impact windows and doors were installed. Smooth process, very professional and punctual. Highly suggest using them.
