I had a brand new roof put on my house about a year-and-a-half ago and because of all of these storms one day a sales guy named Rocky Patterson shows up and says that I need a new roof I tell him I just had to put on about a year-and-a-half ago I said well you can argue with my home insurance so he had a couple adjusters come out and they said yes my really was bad and about to start leaking if it wasn't for this guy I would have never known I thought I had a brand new roof then they showed me some tile I was way nicer than the other stuff I had so my house looks great thanks Guardian

Rocky Patterson was so amazing . I called to tell him all the bad storms we have had since my new roof was put on and no leaks yet. Still he replied with kindness. Would so definately recommend Guardian Exteriors and ask for Rocky Patterson. Thank you Rocky for a great roofing experience.

They don't honor their warranty. Look elsewhere or you will have a leaky roof and have to find someone else to repair

0 Rating. We replaced the entire roof and we have more roofing issues now than before. The came to fix the problems 9 times and we still have issues. Now they are saying that is not their fault ....worst company ever. Ryan Roberts President/CEO is worthless

I am very disappointed the salesman seemed like a great guy and that he was looking out for our best interest Chris Milsap. We agreed to them roofing our home, fixing or replacing 7 windows because the beading was broken and replacing 14 screens. The roof job finally got done after 5-6 months back order etc.. They replaced the screens strange hadn't fixed the windows yet! Two of the screens don't fit right they tap, tap, tap so I have taken them off. I have nail pops in my game room still not fixed! Now they say they are going to back out of window portion of the contract because they will probably break; well what's new that's what he told me would probably happen! He said they would take care of it! Big talk!! Very Disappointed! Typical sales people, I could have gone with another company that kept their word but I held out for Guardian Exteriors ""WHY"" I ask myself now! Ugh I hate being taken of advantage of! :(

We have had a hell of the time with this these guys the process stared out fine and Shelby Bird seemed to be a honest and upfront guy. we agreed to replace our windows and add solar screens, move forward 7 months we have screens that will not stay up all over the house and our upstairs windows were leaking so bad it we had to hold buckets up against the windows to catch all the water. I called the next morning and was told someone would get back to me.

2 days later I still hadn't heard from anyone. I wasn't until I threatened legal action did someone come out. Once they arrived I was told that my house was the problem not the Windows and it was my problem. I asked why the original windows never leaked for over 50 years and I was told again it was my problem

I then contacted a general contractor who came out that day and told me the caulk around the windows was thin and poorly applied. he also helped me locate fasteners on Amazon to hold the window screens up for $5

just to sum up these guys suck and all they want is the money and after you have paid your screwed if you have a problem

I have been working for this company for about 3 months. I already have many happy clients and I appreciate working for a top notch roofing company as it's not that easy to find integrity in this particular industry. I love that they are in the Top 100 of all roofing companies... Nationwide... & they bother make a difference, by giving back... to the Make a Wish Foundation!
