Charlie cleaned out my dryer vent, which had become terribly clogged. It took 3 times longer than a typical clean out, but he stuck with it, got the job done and still charged the amount quoted over the phone. He also had a great sense of humor. I appreciate his hard work and highly recommend this company.

A very bad experience!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very unprofessional and did not have all the tools to clean our chimney. So we made another appointment for the following week for them come back and clean the chimney. But we went ahead and paid them $200 in good faith since we made another appointment. The same technician (Charles) came back the following week (1 hour and 45 minutes later than the appointment time) and still did not have the tool. He told us that he forgot what he was coming for and did not get the tool. Then he laughed. We asked him to leave, then we tried to call the company. But they did not or would not answer the phone. We then called the technician Charles directly and he said that they were through and not coming back out. It has been 2 months and we have not heard from them. But they did not hesitate in taking our $200. SO-- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I needed to add a chimney cap and have the mortar replaced on top of the chimney. The owner came out as promised and did a very nice job at a reasonable price.

They were recommended by the fireplace vendor. Prompt communications. Did great job at best price. Charles even fixed outside gas lights that were not operational since we bought the house. Definitely recommended.

I had a cleaning/inspection and the gas bar replaced in my chimney. After a misunderstanding, the company quickly and efficiently resolved the problem. The company provided excellent work and I will definitely use them again for my regular cleaning and any problems that may arise. This is a company with integrity and excellent customer service!!!!

I was recommended to try Guardian by a friend and I am extremely disappointed in the service. I paid $95 for a repair man to come out Saturday. He said he would call back Monday at the latest. As of Wednesday no call. Now when I call there is NO PHONE LINE!

This place either went out of business or just has terrible follow up and is pocketing the one time service fee. It's a sham. Avoid Guardian Chimney Sweep! I'm definitely contacting Better Business Bureau so their A+ becomes a C.

UNPROFESSIONAL. I called and booked an appointment. The lady on the phone took note and did not show up. When I called to seek clarifications she hanged up the line and asked me when I called back to look for another company. What a nice and professional treatment!!!!
