The guys over at Guaranteed Roof did an amazing job! I originally called because I thought I needed a new roof, but after meeting with their sales team, I actually didn't need a new roof at all! After going over the presentation, we decided that the rejuvenation treatment was my best option and my roof looks brand new. I saved a ton of money and I like that the product is plant based. I will be referring them to everyone I know!

Paid $3,000 for Roof Max treatment. after it dried there were footprints all over the roof. Guaranteed Roof is accusing me of having someone go up on the roof and make the footprints. I'm 55 years old and have not gone on my roof nor had anyone go up on my roof. the footprints would've needed to be made while the treatment was wet. Guaranteed roof says their pics show no foot prints-it was still wet and the guys were gone in 45 minutes. I've reached out to an attorney-stay tuned and think twice

I had a horrible experience. This company does not care its customer especially if you are a women, they will take advantage. This company came out and sold me a rejuvenating service on my roof rather than replacing it like I wanted, However when the service man Derek came out he came late, which was dark outside and I was confused on what he would be able to do by himself in the dark. The next day I realized that my roof in my opinion looked worst that it did before and was confused on why that was. I called the technician back and complained and he told me he would be back to fix it. He came back a few days later when I was at work and informed me that it was raining and he had to go. I came home and found his water hose still attached to my outside water faucet still running water through it. I did call the technician Derek and told asked him about that and he said he would be back to take it off and he had to rush off to another job. I.tried taking the water hose off myself however the hose is so tight it is stuck. I then called the guaranteed roofing to complain to lady DYANA about the roof not being done right and sent picture proof of roof shingles lifting up and images of what I Felt was a bad job done by roofmax guaranteed roofing, I asked here if she can have someone come out and look at my roof in person because she said the images I sent, she did not see anything wrong with them. Needless to say she pissed me off because she did not care about my complaint because they have already been paid to do a bad job. Dyana called me back after numerous complaints and said that she would get someone out, to this day a month later, noone has been out to check on my roofing job and I Regret ever calling this company back to have work done on my roof. I was going to recommend my friends but they also saw the job and felt the same way that these people just took your money. I even had a construction worker neighbor in my subdivision that states that this company did a bad job and should be sued.

Guaranteed Roof LLC provided excellent customer service. Matt came out and thoroughly explained the repairs and treatment. Weather permitting, the repairs and treatments were done by Matt and Chase within a week. They emailed a five-year ""flexibility"" warranty from Roof Maxx. My home insurance company reduced the age of the roof. It didn't affect premiums but will help if severe damage from wind occurs. If the treatment lasts five years as expected, it will be worth the cost. This home has high quality architectural shingles. There were no leaks. The condition of the wood inside of the attic is excellent. The roof is about 10 years old. The gable peaks were wearing and damaged. New roof estimates ranged from $12K to $20K. However, new shingles lacked the same quality as the current shingles. Looked into different roof treatments and repairs. Costs were all competitive for silicone, acrylic, and the Roof Maxx product. Estimates ranged from $3K to $5K. With the humidity in this area, the Roof Maxx product seem to be the best bet since it would let the roof breathe. At this point in time, I'm very satisfied with the experience.
