Oscar provided a quote for replacing some dry rot , gutters and gutter guards. We set a date for the work to begin and his crew was on time and got right to work. He is extremely easy to work with and very patiently waited until the weather and my schedule allowed for installation of gutter guards and retractable 'invisible' screens. I found Oscar to be reliable, honest, punctual, and employing only skilled, experienced workers for the installation. There was no damage to my property, plus the cleanup afterwards was extremely thorough. Oscar provided clear and easily remembered instructions on how to care for the screens and for the very minimal care of the gutter guards.

Oscar and his crew were terrific. They added a gutter and downspout for us in an area where there wasn't, repaired an old sagging gutter beautifully, added a downspout, and installed an underground drain to connect to existing underground drain line. Their work is excellent, their price is fair, and we would definitely recommend them!

I have yet to work with someone so pleasantly and seamlessly from start to finish. Oscar responded to my request for a Mirage screen door install quote within the day. He quickly realized the color we already had was no longer available and helped me select the closest color. I also asked if he could replace a broken pin on one of our existing screens. Oscar's reply was it, too, would look different, but otherwise, no problem! Oscar and his assistant, Gerson, arrived at the decided time and began work right away. Any  differences in color and look were brought to my attention for approval before any install took place. Once the screen door was installed (beautiful!) the area around the door and the work space was cleaner than when they started the process! The pin was replaced in the other screen and Oscar quickly realized that one side of that screen had been pulled out of the wall and fixed that for us as well! I highly recommend Oscar and his team and would not hesitate to call on him again. Thank you, Oscar!
