G&T was hired for one job initially which was to clear our gutters and downspouts. Juan, our technician, showed up promptly at the agreed time. He was to do a free inspection and advise. Juan recommended the cleaning and clearing of the downpouts. He also noticed that one of our gutters had a long run and was partially slopped toward the end cap instead of the downspout. He recommended installion of a new downspout. We had told him that during heavy rains the we wouls have a mini waterfall in that area.
He charged a fair price and sent us video proof of work completed.

Juan also walked our roof and noted a few things. Firstly, the heavy amount of moss and dirt on our tiles. He recommended a power wash and treatment to prevent mold/moss growth. Secondly, he noticed two crack tiles. One repaired and another recently cracked. He would do a repair on the one and added flashing to make the roof water tight.

On our second appointment, Juan was very prompt and answered all my questions. In regards to the broken tiles, he said he didn't find an exact match for the tile. Our roof is made up of older concrete tiles so it may twje time to find them. In any case his repairs should hold in the meantime. Juan also power washed and treated the roof. Everything looked great afterwards. Juan made sure any mess made was cleaned up.

Overall Juan is easy to work with, honest and fair with pricing. We will be using him in the future.

Juan with G&T Brothers roofing showed up on time for quote, was 20% lower than other contractors and completed my gutter installation in time frame. Very happy with quality of work, being a retired contractor and moving to a new community, it was great to find a guy that was truly a professional, thank you Juan!

Juan was awesome. I contacted him to clean my gutters/downspouts and look a leak, which I was told (by another licensed roof contractor) was caused by chimney flashing.

Juan responded VERY promptly and fit me into his schedule before a storm arrived. He told me his recommendations (including that the other licensed contractor was probably lying to me) gave me a very fair price, and did great work. Perhaps most impressive was I never felt that he was upselling me. He addressed the problems within my budget but explained the limits of what this would accomplish. I'll contact Juan when it's time for a roof replacement.

In the wind storm last night, a piece of flashing from our skylight came loose and was making noise. I let Juan know and he was out the same day. He had it fixed in no time. Incredible service!

I called Juan and he was at my house for a quote within a hour. He was honest and punctual with time. Juan found the leak in my roof and gave me the options to repair it. I opted to do the whole section on left side of the garage. He educated me on the issue and material he uses and the things to look out for regarding the repair and maintenance with my concrete roof tiles. He knocked out the job in 1.5 days and kept me informed along the way by taking pictures and videos of all the progress. He even left it better than he recieved it by cleaning the construction material and debris that was left behind before he did his work. Good honest work! I def recommend him for any of your roofing needs.

I'm glad I came across the G&T brothers. They were highly recommended on NextDoor. I had a roof leak and they were able to inspect it on Christmas Eve. The leak was fixed on Christmas Day...no federal buildings and most businesses are also closed but not the G&T brothers. This company will be my go to company for any roofing issues from now on.

Although we did not get to see the work being done as the roof wasn't our issue, the customer service was fantastic. Very responsive, Juan gave us a free estimate. It's a shame we didn't need roofing services after all but 100% recommend based on the customer service alone

Juan came over for a small downspout replacement job I had. He had excellent communication and punctual. He went over and beyond my expectations. The job went great and his pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes! I would hire him again and recommend him to anyone needing his services!
