Terrible job. the guy came with his Son to fix a leak. got paid a few thousand to fix it. the leak was still there when it rained. I tried contacting him to come take a look to see what's wrong but kept giving me BS like he was out of town and will let me know when he's around. contacted him like 5 6 times over a few months but all BS. do not pay him. very unprofessional and didn't fix my problem.

GO WITH ANOTHER ROOFER AND SAVE YOURSELF.

GSR repaired two of my flat roofs, but both were still leaking. He came back again and attempted to fix both, but only one managed to hold out in the heavy rains.

They haven't responded to my messages, despite their 1yr guarantee (it was only a month after the job they stopped responding)

If they are open to another round of repairs, happy to adjust my rating. Otherwise, it was money down the drain

Do not use this company! This is a very bad and dishonest service. George came on Nov. 18, 2022 to fix our roof leaking. On January 7, 2023, we found the leaking on the exact same spot again. Called and texted him more than 10 times, but either no response or never show up as he promised. Be carfeful!

Zero stars if possible. George was called to fix our roof during the summer, and they came out and did their thing. He guaranteed us it would not leak, and to call if any problems. Well it didn't rain until recently, and we had 4 leaks in our roof. My folks tried to get in touch with him and he wouldn't answer or return their calls, so I gave it a try, and was able to speak with him. He came out almost immediately because he was in the area. Took one look at it and told my folks it would be $1200.00 to fix it. They paid it, and they spent maybe half an hour up there according to my folks. Once again told them to call if it leaks again and he'd come out and fix it. Well it started leaking AGAIN during the first sign of rain and he said it's probably because the is soaked, and to give it a couple of days. It still kept leaking and my folks tried to get in touch with him, and I did as well. GHOSTED! He returned one text from me stating he would be in on Thursday the 12th because it's expected not to rain, and never came, and never answered any calls or texts. Even other family members who have tried to contact him from their phone calls cannot get a hold of him. ""Take pride in what we do..."" That's some B.S. More like they take pride in crappy workmanship and taking money from the elderly and never following up.

These guys actually created more work for me prior to hiring them.

First time they came out, I fixed my ceiling drywall rained, leak still there. They came out a 2nd time, rained, leak still there. 2nd time, I didn't fix the ceiling drywall because their work proved to be not reliable. Good thing I didn't fix it because after their 2nd time our, leak was still there and still saturating and dripping from interior ceiling drywall.

I took matters into my own hands, got on my roof and fixed it myself. After MY FIX, rain has not came through. I used roof tar/patch leak stuff.

They also disposed of their gloves on my roof so I had to clean up their mess as well.

I also asked for at least a partial refund. That didn't go anywhere.

Please read other reviews for getting an idea about guarantees and quality of work. They say ""take pride in what we do here at GSR roofing"", however they are very hard to reach for work already done which does not fix the issue but they will be quick to respond and arrive for any new jobs!
Once money for the job is paid, hard luck getting them to stand by their guarantee.
It has been near impossible to get them to commit to come and redo the issue, I have been following up for more than two weeks, they say they will drop by but go unreachable on the committed day and time.

I do feel I got scammed. They came twice and spent 20 minutes on my roof each time and we spent $1200 for these two visits. The roof is still leaking and they never come back again. They waste our time and money.Now the other companies are so busy. We can not get them to come. They are not professional roofers. Be careful.

I hired George for patch and coat several leaks in my new house's roof and he was able to come the following week to patch the leaks, which were very helpful. Next time it rained, one of the leaks started again, and he was able to come again next day to tarp it and come back when it was not raining to patch it again.

I'm happy with the service that I have received so far!

My house ceiling has a small area of leakage. George of GSR responded to my phone call very quickly and managed to come to my house on the same day for inspection. The price they quoted me was reasonable comparing with other companies. The next Monday afternoon the potential roof leak area was patched and sealed. So far I am very happy for their work and would recommend them to other customers.

We contacted them for an estimate & they responded super quick and they were able to come down within 2 days for that. They gave us a very reasonable price & they started our roof a few days later. Our roof was done in a little bit over a week week & we are very pleased with the results! I definitely recommend them, the owner and his team are very professional & reliable!
