George Kekovich is a fast talking swindler. took 50% deposit from me in January 2024 and never provided the service of replacing my roof. I have been fighting for months to get my money back which he says he will refund me my full deposit, yet 8 months later I still don't have my full refund, and he just keeps spouting lie after lie and excuse after excuse. I've reported him to the State Attorney General office. Stay away from George Kekovich and G & S Coastal roofing.

G&SCoastal roofing inc. have been in business since 11/22 ( although he says he's been in business for 15 years)They do not have a Florida license but DBA under another persons license. Took 40% deposit ostensibly for metal materials which they never bought then used part of that for unregistered sub contractor in my town( Punta Gorda) from Ft Myers. They screwed the dry in and caused thousands of dollars of damage and were fired. Then
would not refund the difference. Stay away from these guys- George Kekovich ( the owner) promises the world and totally under delivers!

Since I was new to this area for 10 months living in my house . I didn't know any roofers and I reached out to my friend Bob. He recommended G & S Coastal
Roofing company. I had a leak with the kitchen air vent on the roof .Depending which way the wind would blow with the rain it would come down my kitchen hood. So ,Bob gave me the office number and I spoke to Pat, and she was very helpful and in the meantime my friend Bob had reached out to George. The next day I had Mike P. come out and went on the roof and took pictures to show me what was needed to repair and fix the issue. I hired him and the next day Mike P. came out and did the repair with the correct parts and replaced the air vent also. Since the end of June 2023 till now we had plenty of rain to test it and no issues. I would definitely use G&S Coastal Roofing for any future needs and will recommend to my friends.

I would have rated 5 Stars, but Brian said he would come back when he inspected the final roof job, he would paint the two exhaust vents black to match the other 8 roof vents.
But I thought my experience in general with him was great and the job was quality installed was worthy of 5 stars.

Provided competitive pricing and a quality asphalt roofing replacement of my choice. George and his associates were selected by myself and my neighbors to provide new roofing or repairs on 6 out of the 9 home on my street/block that were severely damaged as result of hurricane Ian in 2022.
