Trying to find a roofer, electrician or plumber in today's world, that you can trust, is practically an impossible feat. After a brief miscommunication, the owner, Mark Griffith, stepped up and put my mind at ease. His beyond reproach business attitude and his willingness to go above and beyond for customers proves that he is a man of great integrity, honesty and worth.

I am not a person that typically does any social media, let alone reviews. In this instance, I wanted to take the time to give this company the best review I could based upon my interaction with them.

I would hands down recommend Griffith Roofing to anyone knowing they will get a quality roof and even better quality service. This is truly the best experience I have ever had working with any contractor. If you are looking for a dependable roofing company that stands behind their work you cannot go wrong hiring Griffith Roofing.

Griffith Roofing recently replaced our 30 year cedar shingles with CertainTeed and did an absolutely outstanding job. Our roof was 7000+ Sq feet and their bid was right in line with others though they had the best customer service of all - no hard sells. They never left a mess and worked with our interior contractors to share the space. Gilberto was just great to work with.

Robby and his team at Griffith roofing have been a blessing to work with.

We're about to put our house on the market so our realtor connected us to have the roof looked at. Griffith worked with us start-to-finish with our insurance company to make sure they took care of us.

When it came to the work, they were in and out in a day and cleaned up our yard to perfection - you'd never even have known they were here (except for the amazing new roof, of course).

The most pleasant experience we had with a roofing company!

My husband and I really appreciated how straight forward the team was and there were no high pressure sales tactics or surprises in the end. They explained the entire process to us and made sure to answer all of our questions. The workers showed up on time, did great work and were extremely fast. The customer service was outstanding. Griffith Roofing has impressed me far beyond my expectations. I have contacted them twice for roof repairs. Each time I used their online contact process and both times I had a return call within 5 minutes on a Sunday. Both repairs were done within 24 hours in the most professional way. I can only conclude that it would be very comforting to know that support is there if we were to have a more serious issue! Strongly recommend Griffith Roofing to everyone.

Our family experience with Griffith Roofing has been terrible. They used a product that had been the subject of many lawsuits and then refused to honor their own warranty when the product failed. Be sure to search for lawsuits on the tiles they recommend before going forward with this company.

They did a average job on my roof. Just don't call them if it starts leaking, they will say it's not ""warranty related"" and give you a high quote to repair it. Their quote was over $500, I had another highly rated company fix it for $200.

Terrible service, unfortunately. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of Erica or Robbie. No one would answer calls or texts, or return voice mail. We had multiple no shows, and would have to contact THEM when no one showed. It should be the other way around, and always with notice! There was zero communication, and it was like pulling teeth getting a call back. As far as appointments, the answer was usually ""we'll be there 'sometime.'"" After a month of this, we decided to go with another roofing company who has done more in 2 days, what Griffith couldn't do in 30!
