Brian came out and inspected our roof and gave us a quote for replacing it. i was first impressed that he actually measured the roof instead of using the satellite app. his quote was far better than the other 3 I had gotten. his team, headed by Rocember, came early and finished in 1 day. Their friendly, caring and professional attitude was soo refreshing. The job was absolutly perfect and good looking. I highly reccomend Grier Roofing, Brian and his team, be your roofing company. I promise you will nt be disappointed

I wouldn't waste my time with this company. Don't believe they wanted my business.

Called for what was a simple roofing issue that I already knew what needed to be done. In order to get a similar quote so that I could compare companies and work, I tried to communicate with the guy they sent out.

His name was Joaquin and could barely speak English. As a matter of fact he looked like he was on his lunch break and just got off a roof somewhere else and was in a rush. Not that there's anything wrong with working hard and doing what the boss asks, but why send someone who can't understand what I want and I couldn't understand what he was saying. All I could understand is ""we'll do a good job for you.""

He took measurements and came up with a completely different solution to what I was looking for which would have cost 3 times the amount of what I needed to have done. He left with the measurements and numbers saying he would provide a quote. Guess what?

It's been three weeks now and I haven't seen the quote. Fine, you don't want my business, just let me know so I don't waste my time dealing with you.

I would steer clear of this company. And I'll let others know of my interaction and quoting process. Just bad business practices.

I contacted two other companies and one of them has already done the work. I can only imagine that if you get Grier Roofing to do your roof, you're overpaying.

Guy named Juaquin Colloza did a job for me for roof flashing leaks and wear and tear damage to my chimneys. Very pleased with the work he did, and would recommend them to anyone needing a quality fix. They are not the cheapest but not the most expensive either, and they do high quality work. The guy even cleaned off the leaves and brush from my roof afterwards as a curtiousy. Very polite and professional as well.

They were selected based on their high visibility in the area. I had them replace roofs on two separate homes. Then a tornado hit, and it all had to be redone. The people they initially sent out for the estimates were outstanding. Their bid was higher than any others but I went with them thinking I was getting quality work and excellent customer service.
They sent another guy out for signing the contract. From here it went downhill. The guy they sent was unprofessional in just basic courtesy and manners. Small things like he chewed gum, sloppy dresser, didn't have a pen, wanted me to go get my laptop to look at something and wanted me to print my own estimate. He took personal phone calls in the middle of my meeting. As soon as he had my money or my name on the contract, he was out the door, and his attitude indicated he couldn't have cared less about my satisfaction. His follow up was lousy. Would not return my repeated phone calls. One of my houses the workers left a mess on the ground including loose bricks scattered . I had already given him a check, and when he wouldn't answer the phone, my banker agreed to stop payment on it. I just think he's in the wrong job. No class, not very bright. He wanted to know why I stopped payment. I said, ""Because you didn't finish the job."" After this I called the office and spoke to some very nice and understanding people and asked them not to send him back.
They hire foreign born workers and one of the men told a Spanish speaking buddy of mine, they only earn $12 an hour. Had I known that prior to hiring this company, I would never have agreed to them.

They replaced my roof 3 years ago. This October I had major leak that damaged my ceiling and wall. I also found that it was leaking around the chimney. Grier repaired the roof leak but after 2 months and several phone calls have not repaired the sheet rock damage even after telling me on 3 occasions they would. Grier caulked around the chimney but it continues to leak. Grier said I needed the chimney sealed to stop the leaking but the person I called to seal the chimney said the flashing was not done properly and would need to be redone to stop the leaks.

My opinion is they have very poor customer service and I have to question the quality of their work.

Had a new roof put on last summer and is leaking around the chimney flashing called them for 2 weeks straight and cant get their repair guy to schedule time. starting to do a number on my living room inside. will let you know if they finally fix it???

They advertise on their site ""free estimates"" and suggest you never pay a contractor all up front. Grier Roofing sent out Jeff Bruce who charged for an estimate and then said he wanted full payment up front. To top that off he never showed up when he agreed to when the builder was here to coordinate with him. No way I would use this contractor for anything. Totally unprofessional.
