Someone recommended me to you and Greg was extremely rude hanging up on me. Accusing me of beng a solisitor. I was trying to explain that ""I ""did not have an issue before I could continue I was hung up on. Great way to get business. It was for my Aunt I was calling for. I found someone else. To get business it may be a good idea to not be so rude, I was needing a reroof. No thank you!

In 2003 we needed a new roof. We received several quotes and Greg's was about the middle of the road and we chose them. Quick and painless and excellent customer service! So when we needed another roof this year, we didn't even call anyone else for a quote. Their price was less than what we had planned. They included a discount for my husband's Navy service and when we had questions after the roof was installed, they were prompt and polite with answers and even returned to fix a very minor issue.

We won't need another roof for twenty or twenty five years, but we will definitely call Greg's Roofing when we do!

All I wanted were 6 loose shingles replacing, and an estimate for a new roof. I ended up being verbally assaulted, a threat that my dogs would be shot, and the police had to be called out as they refused to remove their truck from my driveway. We live in a nice quiet neighborhood, and I have no interest in drama like this. This was totally avoidable and unnecessary. The owner's wife was extremely aggressive, unprofessional, and made verbal threats constantly.
