I made the mistake of hiring this company to do my roof. I am almost a year Into this process, and still many things are not completed. I do not believe their word at all. I have been put off and lied to on numerous occasions. They seem to argue and fight more than they want to fix the problems. At one point they claimed to have fired the crew on my job, due to shotty workmanship, yet still won't make this right. Their follow through is poor, their communication is poor and their workmanship is poor.

No Show, no contact on our scheduled appointment. If they cant make it to my home for an estimate, how can I trust them to show-up on installation day?

They spearheaded the initial inspection, identified wind damage, and worked with me in conjunction with my insurance company to facilitate the replacement. I would like to start off by saying that everyone I spoke with was very friendly but the communication within this company could use some serious work. First of all, Will Cruz was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time explaining the roofing process to me and helped us with payment options based on our budget. He was great. However, the supplies were not delivered when they said they would be delivered and no one contacted me to let me know. Our roof installment was delayed a few times due to weather, which I understand, but we were either not informed until the morning of, or not informed at all, that the roofers would have to reschedule. It wasn't until I called and spoke with Stephanie that they started keeping me informed in a timely manner. I spoke with someone who told me the team would come on a Saturday but they never showed up and I didn't get a call until around 4pm in the afternoon on the same day to let me know they couldn't make it. There were damages on the inside and outside of my house after the installation was completed. The damages on the inside were fixed by Greentek but I am still waiting for the outside to be fixed. I started working with Jayson who was very friendly and took pictures and made notes of all the things that needed to be fixed and he said he would get them taken care of and let me know that it could take a week or so to complete. He also said that everything was documented in the portal. At this point I had already received several calls about my final payment and I told them I wasn't going to pay the second half of my balance until the damages were fixed but I was still getting calls and past due email notices for money. I was told my account would be notated but I guess that hasn't happened. Jayson ended up leaving the company so I started working with Austin who had no clue what needed to be fixed so I had to take time out of my day again to show him. I also showed him the pictures Jayson took and told him that everything was documented in the portal. At first he told me that some of the things couldn't be fixed by them (even though Jayson said they could) but then he said Greentek would take care of them. I was told that someone would come on Saturday to fix the remaining issues and I would be contacted with a time. No one contacted me and no one showed up. This has made several times already that I have been inconvenienced by them because I've had to sit around waiting for someone to show up. There is a lot more to this but I'll end here. I can't wait for this to be over so I can pay these people and not have to deal with them again.

I had a roof leak, had a few different repair quotes from different companies and Greentek Property Solutions gave me the best quote for this project. The repair crews that came out were very professional and got the job done quickly and cleaned up nicely after they were done. I feel satisfied with the quality of work so far.

The roof turned out beautiful. The crew was fast and to my untrained eyes did an excellent job. The roof passed the City inspection and Wind mitigation inspection with flying colors. One inspector even commented ""they sure weren't cinchy on the nails"" which means I got the 6 nails per shingle required plus some extras. Very satisfied. Lets see when it rains (I'm pretty confident, I'll stay nice and dry.

My roof was completed yesterday they showed up on time and was done in 4hrs. 13 guys showed up and they did a great job. Tarps were laid out everywhere and during clean up a guy went around with a magnet to get all the nails.
The dumpster was delivered on time and picked up this morning.
Office staff was always friendly and quick to return calls.
I received quotes from several businesses and they were the most reasonable.
