Left 3 messages for Ian last week. He never called back. I Called today to try and get on the schedule. I have a cashier's check for half the amount of the job. He tells me today after ignoring me last week that he's ""Too busy"" to do my project. I asked why he didn't tell me this last week when I had been calling. He had no reason.
It turns out he under measured the amount of fence I need by 45 feet and was FIRED from TX ELITE ROOF AND FENCE In Lewisville, his last employer.

I hope Nick, his boss at GREENLEAF ROOFING clearly understands that Ian's unprofessional work ethic and lack of integrity has cost him $16,550.00.

I needed an estimate on a new home I am buying and was able to find the best company around. Tyler, one of the associates answered my call right away and was able to go out to my home the same day. The next day followed up with an estimate. If your looking for a new roof or roof repair, you found the right people to do it!!!!

We had a great experience with Ian and the team at GreenLeaf Roofing. They did a thorough job evaluating the issues with our roof and explained exactly what repairs were being done. They were able to fix the leaks that another roofing company hadn't been able to. They did the repairs in a single day and came back after the recent storms to verify that we didn't have any leaks. Ian is very knowledgeable and made some recommendations for preventing any further issues. I highly recommend this company.

This company put a fraudulent lien on our condo building. Despite the fact that the lien was bogus several people in the community were prevented from selling their homes during a pandemic. They clouded people's titles despite the fact that they never did the work that they were contracted to do by the general contractor. They should have gone after the GC instead of holding property owners (who were not involved in the dispute) hostage.

This company is not to be trusted and should be avoided at all costs.

Our roof was damaged in 2015 and due to an insurance snafu, we ended up needing to pay for a new roof out of pocket. Nick at GreenLeaf Roofing gave us an upfront and easy to understand estimate for replacing our almost 20 year old roof. The price was very fair, even with the upgrades we chose. After Nick took the time to explain the process, upgrades, and materials we decided to go with GreenLeaf to do the job. The work was completed in a timely manner and after they cleaned up you couldn't even tell they had been there. Except for the stunning new roof! We couldn't be happier with our new roof and even weeks after they finished, Nick came by to check for damage after a hail storm and confirm we had no issues. Out of 5 stars we would give them a 6!

With the recent storms I ended up with a leak in my roof. My home is only 2 years old but the builder said it was no longer in warranty. I called several companies and no one had time to check a small leak. Nick answered my first call and was able to come out within 24 hours. He said my leak was minor and was able to fix it with materials he had on hand.

I feel he was honest and did a great job. It might of been a minor leak but this is my home and he made confident that it was all taken care of.

When I need my roof replaced (this is TX so it will need to be replaced at some point) I will call Nick and do business with him again. Thanks again Nick!
