I was so pleased with the service and compassion they gave me . They helped me with my former contractor who did a horrible job. Instead of just charging me for his pocket he change the whole situation, he called my former contractor and let him know what he done wrong and did not take advantage of me being elderly I have never been so grateful .

I worked very closely with Jacob Tanenbaum and he's amazing. Always available and extremely knowledgeable. I've done a lot of home improvement projects and wish I had found them sooner, they are now my guys.

First off I want to say that greenerz home remodeling was the best decision that I made as far as my project. The worker was here consistently and worked late at times when he needed to. For me being kept informed about the next process was very important. Mid sized job but im doing other stuff around the house and I can't see why I won't have them do the rest. I'd recommend them to my neighbors and family in a heart beat. Thanks for the job well done and you'll be hearing from me again soon.

I have had not one, but 3 no-shows with this company so I'm forced to leave this 1 star review.

The first no-show was for Omer who I understand is the owner. Someone called me right before the appointment to say he could not come.

The second time was Omer again on a friday night and there was no call no show. After calling Omer directly I was told this was the scheduling department's mistake because they shouldn't have scheduled him as he doesn't work friday nights....

The 3rd and final no-show was with a project manager. I got a call 10 minutes before our appointment time yet again. They tried to reschedule for later today but I've just had enough. 3 no-shows for a potential client makes me wonder how they got all these positive reviews.....

They no-showed our initial scheduled appointment so I gave them 1 star. After the negative review posted, they followed up with numerous calls trying to get me to update my review to protect their reputation. I suppose if anyone does decide to do business with them, they'll do right by you to keep their reviews stellar. The ""marketing and finance coordinator /owner"" quickly ""ballparked"" a price/sqft that was above all the other bids I've recieved so I won't be doing any business with them.

I'm thinking their marketing system got fouled up or they were trying to bypass paying lead-gen services so scheduling/point-of-contact fell apart.

Spoke with Jacob T. regarding possible sound insulation job in an apartment building. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to go over different options and methods of solving the problem. Would definitely recommend reaching out to this company when looking for a contractor!
