We had a really great experience with Greenerz. The Head of the company sat down with us and we walked through the entire renovation project step-by-step. We renovated our kitchen achieved results that were beyond what we had hoped for. The best word I can use to describe Greenerz is ""professional."" They were absolutely professional in every aspect of the work. I highly recommend them for any project that you might have around the house.

After endless mins/hrs of research to find a company to help us with our kitchen remodel project, we can't say how happy and completely satisfied my family and I are with Greenerz. From planning, to demo, to picking out colors and finishes everyone from top to bottom was fantastic. Update: I called Greenerz again to handle some termite damage found in an inspection report. Made an appointment for which their guy was a no-show. They blamed the computer/internet for the scheduling error and promised to send someone out the next day at my convenience. The second guy came unprepared to go into my crawl space to check out the damage. At this point, a third guy can't come until next week and I'm going elsewhere with my business from here on out.

Greenerz was recommended to me by multiple people on Nextdoor when I asked for recommendations for some upkeep to the exterior of my house. New stucco, painting, cosmetic wood work, etc. After getting quotes from a few places, I took their quote. The crew did a great job - they were very clean and quiet as the went about their work. They were prompt every day and the crew finished within the timeframe that I had been promised. I had a few small issues that needed to be rectified with the work and the foreman made sure that they were all taken care of to my satisfaction.

We had the opportunity to work with greenerz after one of there reps left a flyer on our door. We worked with them to have a new HVAC unit and new insulation installed in our home. Our representative Jacob worked to find us the best payment plan. They were clean, profesional, and quick. This company gets a thumbs up from me and my wife.

Found Greenerz through Buildzoom among a few other contractors. They quoted me higher than the other contractors and decided to go with them because of the thoroughness and quality if work they stated they were going to do. Being raised by a general contractor, I was somewhat familiar with they explanation of the work to be completed. The Project Manager ""Edi"" was professional, courteous, and would come out to visit to check on the work in progress. Edi made sure the workers cleaned the area after completion of the job and even made sure my neighbor's yard and roof was free if debris! The quality of work was excellent and I highly recommend them!

We hired Greenerz last September to draw plans for a room addition.
- The whole benefit of a design/build firm is that they can work with you on the price during the planning stage. We kept asking what things would cost and all they would say is ""it's in your budget"". I don't want to know if it's ""in my budget"", I want to know what it will cost. There's no way that adding a fireplace doesn't drastically change the price. It was very sketchy. They completely lost my trust so I hired someone else to do the actual job.
- We hired them because they promised they'd get plans done in two weeks. It ended up taking three months. First, it was around the Jewish high holidays. I'm Jewish myself, so this isn't a religion thing. I understand that many people who work at Greenerz are orthodox and take off work these days. But between Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and Sukkot, what they said would take two weeks took more like six. They'd be back in the office for a few days, rush us to approve the plans (which we always did within 24 hours), and then it would still not be done before they disappeared for a week. There was no warning of ""this is a tough time of year for us because we take these days off"". They should have prepared us for this delay instead of making false promises.
- After the plans were finally done, we had some questions. They knew we had hired another contractor and refused to help us. They claimed that the architect was in-house and therefore couldn't answer our questions. This ended up being a complete lie. The architect had a separate number on the plans and was actually a sub-contractor who answered our questions no problem, no thanks to Greenerz.
- We were literally ready to start construction when our contractor realized Greenerz had left a major structural engineering detail off the plans. They included the addition, but completely just forgot the vaulted ceiling. This was a major issue which delayed construction another month while they went back to the city. It was an egregiously lazy error that should never have happened. I will say that I was worried I'd have to sue them to get them to fix the problem, since they'd already been paid in full, but they were quick to act and that's why I'm giving them two stars instead of one.
- They made no effort to work with us about the specifics of what we wanted. Now that construction is done, there are so many things I would have wanted differently if I'd just been asked. Things that irritate and inconvenience me literally everyday that could have been easily avoided if they'd just asked what we thought. Instead, they assumed they knew what would work for us best. We're first time homeowners. We didn't know what to ask. As professionals who do this every day, it's their responsibility to talk to us about the details. They just came to do the measurements, asked the general jist of the project, and left.
- Even when we did make specific requests, they ignored them. We had asked for the space for the bathtub to be 42 inches wide. When we got the plans, it looked like it was only 36 inches. I have a text exchange where I asked if it was 42 because it looked like 36. They straight up lied and said it was 42 inches. It wasn't and this little fact caused a lot of grief during construction.

We were very, very disappointed with Greenerz. We'll have to live with their mistakes for years to come. I wish we had hired someone else.

Hiring Greenerz for our kitchen remodeling was the best decision. After checking out a couple of different options I decided to give the project to Greenerz. David our project manager had extensive knowledge with the crew to match. The crew was prompt, clean, and professional. David and his crew definitely impressed me. Highly recommended!

I wanted to write this review to bring attention to my project manager Aviv. Aviv made my whole remodeling process very easy from beginning to end. We went over the game plan and once everything was finalized Aviv made sure everything followed the plan. Everyone at Greenerz were great. I highly highly highly recommend Greenerz for your home remodeling.

I happy to have dealt with Mike from GreenerZ. Mike contacted me regarding the replacement of my current grass to the new artificial grass they have. I went into the office and checked out multiple different samples of artificial grass they had to offer, once I decided on the specific grass I wanted Mike made everything happen with a snap of a finger.
