A piece of advice to anyone looking here to get their roof done. If you are even thinking of getting it done within this year, DO IT NOW! I have so many friends that complain to me about the rising price of wood ruining their experiences with roofing contractors. I am so lucky i got my roof done by Greencal who not only somehow maintained their generous wood cost but were honest and only charged me for what was needed. Their quotes are free so you have nothing to lose!

I had a roofer tell me the flat roof on my restaurant needed replacing. Since Covid we have been really resourceful with spending. I decided to get a second opinion and Greencal came to the rescue. They offered a flat roof coating system that was way more cost effective and has a 10 year warranty that comes with it to prevent leaks and further damages. Best decision i made! Thank You Greencal for coming during a time of need! My in-laws were coming into town in one month and we needed to get new paint on the exterior of our home or I wouldn't hear the last of it from my mother-in-law. Hello from Texas! My mother in San Pedro, CA asked me to help her find a reliable and honest contractor online to redo her roof. After hearing out other companies and comparing prices we went with Greencal based off their reputation. My mom cannot stay quiet about how happy she is with her roof! The only thing I dislike about Greencal is that they don't service Texas since I am in need of exterior paint for my home!

I am a landlord of several properties, which means there is always something to fix around the house every year. I have had many people/teams in the past that were unreasonable, unprofessional, or offer ridiculous price ranges and I left feeling unsatisfied with the service. With that being said, I was very impressed by Greencal. I got my roof replaced and not only the price was reasonable, but they were also very efficient, professional, and responsible. They were so easy to work with and very accessible whenever I had questions/suggestions/comments. I was worried about the rain that we were expecting before the construction begin and the team came to install a temporary fix so the house can stay nice and dry until the roof replacement. This was a major construction, taking about 5 days to finish. Every visit they were very communicative, considerate, punctual, and efficient. I would work with them again and I highly recommend this team, you won't be disappointed!

I hired Greencal Construction to do a complete remodel of the front of my home and do some stucco repair in the back of the house.
We went with using Hardie Board in Elegent Red and Honey Gold Stone. The project came out beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. A word of caution about getting material in this pandemic Feb, 2021. It's possible that you might have a several week lag time in getting the materials you want. Be aware of that during these difficult times.
The crews were all very professional and were experts in their field.
Hazel the owner and her staff were very easy to work with and got the job done. Again couldn't be more pleased with the results. I've included some before and after pictures.

Our contract was for roof and wood repair. Roof came our great. Woodwork still not finished and Greencal have not reached out for a timeline to repair. As you can see from the photos, job is not done. I would note also that I have been contacting them regarding this for months, not weeks.

Wish I could give a better report, and hoping that their follow up team does as good of a job as their roofing team.

Someone came to my house to evaluate a project almost a month ago. After a few days of not receiving the estimate I messaged the company. They said I'd receive it by the end of day. Since then I've messaged multiple times, and still to this day, I have never received the estimate for the project. What a joke. Why waste your time and mine to come out to my house if you never follow through with the actual pricing? No one should waste their time with this company. If they can't properly give an estimate, I'd hate to see what their actual work looks like.
