Very expensive and very irresponsible! I will give it zero star if I could.

Ledwin is our roofer hired by the realtor agent. He charged very high price compared to other roofer. But problem was not solved. When our roof started to leak again, the same location, it's within the warranty time, he picked up our call first and said he would schedule a time with us. But then he never called us and he never picked up our call or replied to our message.

Jorge and his team are the best roofers in the Bay Area. The quality workmanship, honesty and professionalism can be seen in their work.

I built a shed and wanted a professional roofer to complete the roof. I called Jorge up, and Jorge scheduled me in.

Watching Jorge's team work on the roof was like watching a synchronized swim team perform. Otto was nailing down shingles in quick succession while Alex brought up new shingles for Otto to lay down. The teamwork was very impressive.

They completed the shed roof in under 2 hours. They cleaned up and made the area spotless too. Just incredible!

Now, Jorge and his team will be working on replacing my home's roof next. I would highly recommend Jorge for roofing, exterior trim, framing, and painting. He is the best off the best, and I really appreciate his honesty and drive to getting the job done right.

EXTERIOR HOME REPAIR and ROOFING: I highly recommend the services of Jorge Valdez (408-425-5042). Jorge was referred to us from a friend in San Jose's Almaden Valley. Jorge has: repaired extensive damage to the cedar-shingle siding on our 39-year-old Cupertino home; removed our Concrete Tile Roof and replaced it with a quality, Architectural-Grade Asphalt Shingle roof; removed a badly designed leaf-guard system for our gutters and replaced it with a well-designed system that he recommended. For the Roof work he worked with Green Tech Roofing (408-309-6077) but all the other work he performed by himself or with a helper(s). I have been a carpenter and still work with Habitat for Humanity to build their project homes so I believe I know, better than most, what quality construction is, and Jorge is a true artist - meticulous, thorough and a craftsman. He cares about doing the job right and is dedicated to doing a good job. I intend to hire Jorge to paint our home (he does that too) when we need to have it painted. We believe that all the work that he has done for us has been at a fair cost and has certainly been a real value.
