I had leaks in various areas showing up on my ceiling due to my roof having broken tile shingles which needed to be replaced as soon as possible since we had been experiencing a lot of rain in Southern California. I contacted several roofing companies and the one that was able to expedite
my request and give me a fair price for the work was Green Team Roofing
They did the work in March 2023 and later in April I had discovered some other broken shingles that had not been repaired. The company come over within the next day and repaired those as well. The owner Edward Carroll and he is extremely customer service oriented
and even though coming out a second time to repair additional shingles he did it at no additional cost. If you want a roofer who is honest, reasonably priced and very reliable I recommend Green Team Roofing

Ed is the owner of the company and inspected our roof for a leak. Came 4 days later with a crew and made the repair. As a layman, it's always difficult to know who is genuine and who is going to rip you off. I put my trust in Ed because he's very straightforward, knowledgable, experienced and effected the repair to my roof in a timely manner. His bid came in to the dollar and there was no last minute price increase with the excuse "" there's more damage than we expected"" type excuse. I strongly recommend this family owned business.

So I was referred to Ed by my realtor and since then he's completed a project on my entire foam roof. Really responsive and easy to work with. He stands my his product and offers a great warranty which goes above and beyond my expectations.

Our contractor may have damaged our roof with some other installation and after a long night of rain we had a major leak. I texted him some photos to access the issue. Ed came out at 8am the morning after I reported a leak in the roof and his team fixed the leak but also fixed the part of the roof that wasn't caused by his doing but decided to not leave me with a leaky roof and fixed it proactively. Ed's team foamed our roof five years ago and it has not leaked since!! We have a flat roof and have had to deal with multiple leaks for the past 20 some years. After many ""pros"" that only made the problem worse and worse his team solved all the problems!!
After the hard rain this winter we were worried that it needed to be looked at, I called Ed and he responded the next day. He had someone in our area and came over within the hour. I am very happy with Green Team!!

I got a call from Edward, I think, after contacting his company through a request on Angie's List. It took a few hours, but when he called, he said he was on his way back to his office to check his schedule and would call me back. That was 5 days ago. I have yet to hear from him.

Ed was rude and annoyed when i informed him that i was receiving multiple estimates. He told me he was not interested if i was the type of person that would be ""shopping around"". I thought it was unfair to me as it is always a good idea to get two to three estimates for comparison purposes.

I asked how i would proceed without him inspecting my roof. He agreed to stop by to inspect my roof. He went up and got down after a couple of minutes and started walking away from the property without giving me an explanation and just said, ""You have a lot of issues and I'm not touching that roof"".

He prided himself by by telling me he has a lot of experience and that there are a lot of contractors that only know how to install roofs but not how to repair. In this case, he did not even bother to explain to me what the ""issues"" were and just rudely walked away from the property and just said I'm not touching it. His conduct was unprofessional and i would not not recommend even calling this business for estimates.

After trying at least 5 other companies, to no avail, I found Green Team. Edward was close by and came to look at the leak I needed repaired. 2 other companies had been by and told me I needed an entire new roof. When I told him I had called other people, the first thing he asked was if they said I needed a new roof. He assured me I did not. He told me what kind of shingles I had and said not many people know how to work with them. He showed me pictures of other broken shingles that he recommended get repaired. He came out the next day, prior to our next rains, as promised. Fixed everything within a few hours. Gave me a 5 year warranty and said he stops by annually before the rainy season to be sure everything looks good. So glad I found him and highly recommend
