I wish I'd searched these sites for and paid more attention to the negative reviews. Everything I've read here has been my experience. We ordered new windows and spoke with several companies before choosing Green Solutions. Their sales person was super nice and informative but she didn't tell us anything about the finish work on the install. We were never asked if we had a preference for the finish. We waited 6 months for the windows. The day the 'installers' arrived (2 hrs late) they didn't speak English but told my husband with hand gestures the windows were not the right size. This installer called another customer (?) of his who translated into English that he thought they had the correct sized windows in stock and they would be there Monday. (So if they have 'stock' of windows, why did I wait 6 months for them?) Tuesday, another two non English speaking installers arrived and began putting the windows that came on Friday in. They also delivered 10 cases of 12 tubes of caulking. This was a sign....No one showed or called on Monday. The bathroom windows were supposed to privacy glass but they weren't. We ordered two doors but there were no doors. Through numerous calls, emails and texts over the next several days we tried to get them to stop the install when it was abundantly clear they were NOT finish carpenters. They scratched a new floor that had just been put down. They damaged drywall around the windows. They left gobs of the caulking dripping everywhere that they weren't able to make an even cut on the plastic trim they were putting up (it wasn't my plan to use plastic trim!) They even planned to cover my marble wall tile in the Florida room with plastic trim pieces and glued 2x4s to hold them to the tile....Henry who is supposed to be the owner was always too busy and never available to come to the job as we requested. We were told over and over to 'let them finish' and we will fix your issues after. Fast forward 3 months...nothing is fixed and I refuse to sign off on the permit until the job is finished to our satisfaction which can't be. He's (Henry) is threatening a lawsuit and liens but I'm feeling like a lawsuit might be just the ticket - only I'm going to file it against them!

This company has been a complete nightmare. Contract was signed last year in October 2022 and on May 2023 they still had not gotten the flat gray tile i had requested on my contract. My insurance is ready to cancel me due to the long term that the roof has been damaged. They told me the roof will be completed in 3 months, but obviously they lied . So last month i couldn't wait any longer so I had to choose the only tile available that was (BLACK) unless i gave them another $4,200.00 to expedite to get the color of the tile that I truly had in my contract. Keep in mind this contract was signed October 2022, so I cant imagen what expedite means to them as my homeowners insurance is ready to cancel me. Not only is the roof not finished they have had an inspector remove the work they have already done 3 times as it doesn't pass the inspections. I still have an unfinished roof and the owner of the company truly doesn't care. I'm having to consult with law firm to seek for damages. The work they have done is extremely sloppy and from the looks of things they have no clue what they are doing. I would truly stay away from this company unless your willing to get yourself into the worst nightmare you can imagen. You see all the broken tile on top of the roof in the photos enclosed? That's all the tiles they had to remove after they installed and they just left it sitting on the roof causing all that extra weight to sit on my roof for 2 weeks now. This case is still not finished so wish me luck. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

People please stay clear of this company. Pay close attention to the low reviews because I found they are consistent with my situation and cannot be a coincidence. I am not sure who are these people giving this company 4 or 5 stars. I have dealt with different type of contractors for home improvements before and never have I experienced this lack of professionalism and lack of knowledge for the services they provide. I ordered windows through Green Solutions and they are contracted to install them as well. Windows arrived back in February, wrong sizes (I realized after they rushed to install them). They proceeded to fill the large gaps between windows and frame with a sealer so now we have these thick caulking around windows-awful. Instead of admitting they made a mistake with sizes and reordering windows; they sent 1 installer to reframe my windows. Long story short, my custom shades no longer fit, windows are not finished 4 months later, 3 windows were completely wrong finish and need to be replaced. their installers have no experience. I called my city inspector who took the time to come out and assess the situation and I was correct in thinking the job is of very low quality, windows are not correct sizes, it's a mess. the company has not done anything to fix this, they haven't been here in months. we got the owner on the phone, completely tries to gas light the situation, we refuse to
allow it so he agrees to come see the job finally. yup doesn't show up, sends the same two people who I've dealt with for months just to repeat myself like a broken record. nothing has happened since as expected. this company is a major fraud. It's causing my family so much stress. We're entering hurricane season and my windows aren't installed properly. horrible

Based on my experience with this company, I have to believe that any of their positive reviews are fake reviews, they do not keep their word on when the windows and doors will be installed, they do not answer any phone calls, voice mail is always full. Owner of the business, so called ""Henry"" calls you from different SPAM numbers to threaten you with an attorney if you don't remove an ACCURATE negative review you made on his company. This company is a joke. Terrible company, terrible customer service. Go elsewhere if you need impact doors or windows. Unless you are willing to wait 2 years for them. I filed a formal complaint thru the Better Business Bureau.

Terrible Customer service, they only care about selling and then they leave you with some sub contracted technicians. One of my window didn't fit and one of my glass door has scratches. I contacted their customer service via phone and email and they haven't resolved the issue, their phone line goes to voicemail.

I dont know how to start there are so many problems that this company has caused i have been going back and fourth to start there customer service is hobad instalationrrible starting from there owner Bill office person Fatima and there office manager Atala ....the instalation pros di a messy horrible finish from the doors to the windos the detail was messy broken moldins glued back nails all over the place the have sent 6 difrint installers to see the problem and fix it and they dont come back you call the office to report it and they dont ever call you back i have 2 doors that are locked up do to bad install keep in mind we paid well over 29,000. for 7 windows and 2 doors and i was ripped off and till today they keep giving me the run around and have not told me when there coming out to fix there mess ......STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.......Alex
