We are a State Certified Roofing Contractor specializing in all types of roofing systems for commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential. We are a complete roofing service provider that includes installation, re-roofing, upkeep, repairs, and management of roofing assets. Our offerings include energy-saving single-ply roof systems, metal roofing systems, along with shingles, modified bitumen, concrete tiles, BUR, and all types of repairs.

Our team at Green Roofing has over 70 years of collective expertise in various sectors including commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential. With over 30 years in the roofing industry, our President, Robert Beckner, is highly experienced, not only in Florida but across the United States. Founded in 2005, Green Roofing has evolved into a medium-sized business with 25 field staff, not counting our office personnel, estimators, and contract administrators. We have provided numerous miles of long-lasting, energy-efficient roofing solutions over the years that offer significant savings on energy bills and installation costs.

In 1983, Mr. Beckner started his roofing career at Empire Roofing in Venice, Florida, a full-service commercial roofing company. He started as a laborer and advanced to roofing mechanic at Empire, now known as Tom Joyce Roofing, after nearly 15 years. Throughout his career, Mr. Beckner has held roles as lead foreman, superintendent, and project manager for companies such as Gulf Commercial Systems, Gulf Roofing, Titan Roofing, and North American Roofing before he passed his contractor's exam in the State of Florida. Afterward, he launched Green Roofing, providing successful service to clients for over 8 years. He educates clients about their needs and guides them through Florida's stringent roofing requirements. Currently, as the President of Operations at Green Roofing & Waterproofing Technologies, he oversees over $2 million in annual roofing revenue.
