The people of Green Roofing were great until they actually stated replacing the roof. It went and continues to go downhill from that point.

It took a full day longer than expected.

A roofer's ladder came crushing through the window onto wife's head.

They ""fixed"" this temporarily that night, but then stopped replying.

Finally they agreed to replace the double-pane window - which they did by GLUING A SECOND PIECE OF WINDOW GLASS TO THE ""TEMPORARY"" ONE.

When we finally got them to send an actual window repair company, they could not stop laughing at the window they were replacing.

The ladder also damaged our shutters, which they finally agreed to repair, but after three missed ""appointments"" where the shutter (they are wood) repair guy no-showed, they sent us a check for what they thought it would cost to repair/replace.

A while later we notice a 2nd floor ceiling starting to look moist. Turns out they installed something incorrectly,
which led to a slow leak/drip.

Green Roofing said they would pay for the ceiling to be repaired/painted, but after another two missed ""appointments"" where this likely non-existent painter did not show, we just gave up.

Should have posted this two years ago when this happened, but after another hail storm and needing another roof, thought it was important to share while people look for roofers.

Their team was professional and constantly kept me updated as to the progress of the repairs throughout the entire process. My house looks fantastic and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Green Roofing met with our inspector to ensure the best possible outcome. The inspector pointed out the job had a deadline so these guys came out within a week and finished the job done in a day. The large crew was super prompt, arrived at 7:30a ready to go and were gone by 4p. Hard to tell they were even here - except for the perfect roof they left behind! And the drone video! They also agreed to help us with a couple of other small jobs, which is super helpful. Highly recommend!

Horrible service this company was supposed to be an adjuster for my insurance claim. Only came to see if they could redo out roof. Never looked at anything as an adjuster than the roof

I was a little disappointed in the communication at the beginning of the estimate process. However, once work began, it was done in a professional, timely manner. This work was on a rent house damaged when a tree fell on the roof and patio do coordination with the renter was vital. Green Roofing kept our renter advised of the work schedule even when there was a delay in getting the carpet they selected. I'd recommend this company for your roofing and construction work.

This company is top notch! Billy was fantastic to work with and gave me a quote without even having to see my insurance paperwork. After getting several quotes from other roofers, I felt that Green knew what they were doing the best!

Clean up was thorough and they even checked in the attic to make sure furnace vents were properly connected still. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. I was impressed with the job and service they provided and will continue to use them in the future. Very impressive company to work with.

Very deceptive quote and not all the work promised was done. I was very disappointed and would not ever use this company again nor would I suggest anyone else using them.

I called their number, as I saw a couple signs in the neighborhood after the April 11th hail storm. Around 11am or so on April 13th, two people came out to my house and looked over a few things, got on my roof, looked around, walked around the outside of my home, looked over a few things inside as well. They made a few suggestions and provided me some paperwork.

They mentioned, and I agreed, that a couple additional windows needed to be boarded up, and that was all. Everything else done by the Emergency Team my insurance company sent out, prior to The Green Company's arrival was done correctly, as the gentleman with Green also stated, ""They did a good job"" ""The roof was tarped correctly"".

The team from Green said they'd come back later in the day to board up the two windows, and subsequently left.

About 2:30pm or so, I hear people walking around on my roof, no doorbell rang, no phone call, nothing. I had no clue who was up there. I go outside and ask who they were - and the guy said he was with Green. That's odd - why was he on my roof and what gave him the impression he can just come to my home, climb up on a ladder, troop around on my property, unannounced? Trying to fix ""alleged"" things no one told me about.

I was HIGHLY upset, and admittedly flipped out, this was ridiculous to me. I called very mad asking for answers, of course no one knew anything,

Was Green trying to take advantage of the situation and submit a claim to my insurance for tarping my roof, AFTER it was already done fine by another company? They didn't even tell me, the home owner, they were doing this. The paperwork even said TWO WINDOWS. Since when is a roof a window?

As bad and horrible as this situation is, as frustrating as it is to have your home damaged, boarded up, in disarray, missing work, cant sleep due to air movers trying to dry out your home all day & night and working with insurance companies..., to try and get ""taken advantage of"" by a roofing company is just bad business. And is what I feel was taking place.

I made sure my insurance company is aware that I did not authorize Green to do any kind of emergency roof repair, but they choose to do this themselves. Just in case Green tried to submit a claim for alleged work.
