Since 7/2 2024 that I wrote a review I would like to retreat everything. Since Green Light Construction has come back and honoring its promises.

I cannot rave enough about the wonderful landscaping job Gorjan and his crew completed in our new backyard in Rancho Mirage. The crew teams were extremely professional, knowledgeable and completed the work per our plan/design: New artificial turf; rock beds (with drip irrigation); miniature olive trees; vines and shrub. Just beautiful!!! Also, fantastic financing!

My front yard went from zero to hero... amazing job by Zack and his crew. I made a few last minute adjustments during the job and they handled it without any issues. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend their work!

What started off as a cold-call for the CA Pace program, turned into an epic upgrade to my family's new home.

Danny, Zak, & Zeke led a team of fast-moving professionals to give my home a major upgrade to our back and front yard. They were very consultative about the process. They provided recommendations to our home and even created an immediate value. First day of construction they identified a busted pipe in our sprinklers that was costing us hundreds per month.

Not only did they only provide us a gorgeous space to enjoy with our friends and family, but an eco-friendly design that requires minimal maintenance.

I get every construction project will have some hiccups along the road, delays or any other everyday issues. However, the team gave consistent updates that eased any concern.

Although the price tag was higher than what I was hoping, the craftsmanship and pace they completed the project was worth every dollar.

Thank you, Green-Light Construction for all your help here! Hope to use you guys again in the future!

Green Light Construction was awesome. We have a brand new kitchen in one week. It was great to work with such an amazing crew. We made a few changes along to way and the were very accommodating. Now I have a beautiful new kitchen. Thank you again.

The scope of work included the following: new furnace, paver in the front yard and driveway, new stairs and stamp concrete. The workers were timely and professional throughout the total process. I had some funding challenges, however, working with Zakk was a pleasure. He reassured me throughout the funding process and made it all work. So please to use this company and I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience with Green Light Construction Co. In my 30+years working with Construction Co. I wouldn't have believed that a reputable business would lie and make promises that they had no intentions of keeping. However, I should have known better but I got duped because I trusted the sells manager Zakk who assured me that all promises made would be fulfilled. I paid Green Light $48,000 to replace roof's on 2 houses, I had no problems with that. I was promised that the roofs would have the new leaf protector (Gutter Guards). It was written up with Gutters, I reiterated the type of Gutters so he could write it down, I was told that it was no problem they would install the leaf protectors because they prepare and install them at the property. This Did Not Happen! As I mention I trusted Zakk and when he asked me to sign the contract (the work was just about finished), he said Gorjan his boss was on his back and the contractors needed to get paid and he would complete my Gutters within 2 days, I signed never hearing from him again, he would not return any of my calls nor did he give me a WARRANTY. It really isn't enough time or space to share what I have been through however, bottom line, the contractor who Green Light hired called me regarding him not getting paid, Gorjan told him he had not received our money (lied) He was paid on June 16th. A month or two later the Contractor called again wanting his money and threaten to put a lean on our property and if that wasn't enough the vendor who supplied the material for the contractor call wanting his money. Needless to say Green Light Construction Company cares little to nothing about their customers and I question their loyalty to the contractors they hire. It appears that we will get this party started in ""COURT"" Green Light, Good Guys Roofing and the Vending Company. Please Save yourself the TIME, HEADACHE and DRAMA, find a Reputable, Honest Construction Company NOT Green Light.

i recommending reading is the other negative comments which speak of failure to return calls. Gorjan K can say I didn't make contact for two month, but that is solely because they refuse to return any of my calls. It wasn't until I left a one star rating did I finally hear from them. Alvin & his crew choose to use 40 or 50 year old PVC pipe to attach the new drip system. I can not believe any contractor counting on a good reputation believes this is acceptable. And this sand kitty litter walkway, which was suppose to be pavers, continues to wash away. What happened to our solar powered drip system ? I could go on and on about the terrible workmanship, but it is more important everyone knows GreenLight Contractors is not licensed to do landscaping.
Oh, and guess what ? The new drip system uses 200 gallons a day more then the old system.

I hired Green Light Construction to help me with my new mechanic shop I opened. I needed bathroom remodeling and complete electrical re-wiring along with several panels and sub panels to be done. I was on an extremely tight timeline and budget to get it done and ready for the grand opening. They got the job done I can't thank these guys enough. I trust Green Light Construction with business and my home. Thank you!
