Ordered seamless gutter for their house. Acted like it was a customers house. Agreed to contract. Gutter was installed and then they said they weren't paying that the spouts were the wrong color. We told them once they paid, we would do a change order for the spouts because that's the color they agreed upon. 1 Year later, they still haven't paid. Bad People, stay away.

Wish I had never heard of this company or at least seen these complaints from the other people before they apparently replaced my roof. They have been using a different address at 111 North Orange Avenue Orlando, but using the same Florida licence #1331159.

Found water had been leaking for weeks from my new roof into my attic space, soaking the insulation and finally leaking through the ceiling. I never had this issue before i had the new roof.

I tried for days to get into contact with Green Lantern or even leave a message. When i finally got in contact with them, they promised to come and fix the leaking roof the following day however they never arrived at the property.

After complaining, Green Lantern eventually sent out a man who supposedly fixed my roof and advised everything had been inspected and repaired, only to find out the roof was still leaking when he left.

Complaining again, Green lantern came out and insisted that the roof had been thoroughly checked. I arranged independent people to inspect my roof after they left, who then advised my roof had not been correctly installed as per our agreed contract.

Months later I am still waiting for their reply to fix my roof, I've lost any kind of trust and therefore could not recommend this company to anyone thinking of having their roof replaced.

Do not use this company unless you like being disrespected by a supposed professional! Brian was unable to answer simple questions without getting defensive and very rude. As a non-professional in the roofing business I as a customer should be able to ask questions and receive answers in a respectable manner. Brian had the worst customer service I have ever received.
