Scheduled an appointment. Called the office when David Reyes, the owner didn't show up or call to inform me. Communication with the receptionist was challenging from the get go and when I asked for a supervisor or manager to return my call she resisted. Customer service is extremely poor.

After many years of dealing with workmen, I can guarantee that if they don't respond to a call, don't return a call or go to the appointment as agreed, they will do a poor job, are not reliable and will not be responsive when there is a problem.

Very disappointed since this company has good reviews and is rated on Better Business. But businesses change. Be very wary of this business.

We recently had Green Ladder Roofing replace our decades old roof. I was worried, because the roofing company we used many years ago was awful. Luckily, the second roof was the charm. The entire process was stress-free, from getting the estimate to roof installation. Everyone was very professional, and the crews were very tidy and cleaned up each day even to the point of hunting down stray nails so my wife (who goes barefoot in the yard would not step on any). The roof went on quickly and looks great. We highly recommend Green Ladder Roofing.

Green Ladder gave us a very competitive bid on replacing the old roof of our house in Pasadena, and they did a great job.

We worked with Mark Anthony and David, and they had to delay work for one day waiting for some material to arrive. We were concerned about a forecast of rain during the weekend, but they worked hard most of Saturday and finished everything just an hour before it started raining. The rain was very intensive and was a great test for the new roof which showed no leaks.

We highly recommend this roofing company.

I never post a reviews, but this one is noteworthy. You can tell when somebody takes pride in the work they do, and it's obvious with these guys at Green Ladder. My roof was leaking during the rain; they came out and did a temporary repair to avoid dry rot and drywall damage. Then they provided a very low quote to come back later to do the total repair. Mike, the manager, and Dave, the owner, continued to check in with me by text to let me know the date for the permanent repair, and they were flexible with my timeline. And here is the best part: I was quoted ten thousand dollars more than Green Ladder for the same repair, so I guess I saved $10k. Thank you, Mike and Dave, and to your staff too.

Mark Anthony came out to inspect my roof and provide a service recommendation. I was not having any issues yet but since it had been about 5-6 years since anyone had looked up there I wanted to get a check. He was very helpful, sent pictures with some maintenance recommendations, and I feel good that my roof will last longer.
