Over 6 months ago, I hired Green Home Innovation to remove a deck and build a new one. They hardly ever sent people to work, and if they did come, it was only for one day. I've heard every possible excuse from them. For weeks and weeks, they would make and break promises. The work was started and stopped and started and stopped. Mistakes were made that have never been corrected. The owners finally came over to see the project and made promises about getting it finished and fixing the mistakes. I'm still waiting. Workers left debris and supplies scattered on the ground, and although I told them many times to remove the debris, they still haven't. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor.
