One star only cause there is nothing lower.....
Need your roof done you'd be wise to avoid Green Energy Construction over charge and try to scam me to pay up before permit was completed and work was finish. Took over 2 months to finish my roof and reinstall solar panels. I even had to chase the layout documents at city hall in order to have the city inspector do his job. The job was so so for the high cost.
Wish I had check the reviews prior. Thank you to the City of Orange and the city inspector as they were helpful and pleasant to deal with.
P.S. I hired Pacific HomeWorks to do the CoolWall around the house and I'm very pleased.

Be prepared for a high pressure salesman. He wanted a yes at our first meeting and when I asked him to leave some paper work so that I could let my realitor take a look and verify what he was trying to sell. Instead of giving me paperwork he kept offering lower prices. I do not hire formal contractors without my realtor looking up their license and bond. After 1.5 hours the saleman finally agreed to leave but left no paperwork. I even asked when he left and the saleman agreed to create the paperwork in his car and would drop it in my mailbox shortly. Never happened.

All the home improvement shows advice us to get more than one estimate and verify bond/license.
