Electrical panel was replaced and red and black wires were crossed. Panels were put in wrong configuration with no new drawings given to customer. The contract was not updated to different hardware. The installers got in a fight with my neighbors and no safety gear was used.
They continually called for collection of money and after 8 months the service has still not been given permission to operate from PGE.

It's frustrating when you make arrangements to miss work so that you can be home for the assessment and the install and this company reschedules or just plain doesn't show up. They only have 2 installers in Fresno so if something gets in the way there is no one else to help.
